Purple Cactus
I think this was something discussed awhile back on here but I want to bring it back up. In the trailer we clearly see mountains and the description states it takes place in the heart of America. So where will the map be exactly? According to this image, it is those four states... I know I originally thought it would be New York, Ohio, Indiana, ect. but none of these places have mountains. From the map above, that would be Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri. What are your thoughts??
Reyes
Based on the trailer it would make sense that Nebraska is a part of this. Did you see them mountains!? Here is an example:
D3x
American alligators are found in the southeast United States: all of Florida and Louisiana; the southern parts of Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi; coastal South and North Carolina; East Texas, the southeast corner of Oklahoma, and the southern tip of Arkansas. There are alligators in the trailer bro.
DaveSpeek
"We have lawman in three different states after us" He says this in the trailer. That would mean there are at least 3 states confirmed for points of travel. Map wise, it would make sense to do the OP pic since you can be in all 4 states without having a HUGE map that would be too large. On the other hand, as mentioned above, there are no alligators in those states. If I had to guess: Alabama has mountains as well. Nothing is more heart of the south than Alabama. I think you are spot on. Considering the next game is in Texas, the southern part, it would make sense to say south, not go North.

So I think we're going to get another fictional map that is comprised of these different environments that include a southern Louisiana/Alabama swamp area, sort of how GTA V's map has its own separated urban and rural environments.

I was going to mention the bears as well. Unless we do have more than one map, and it spans West to East across southern Texas, this will likely be the case. Benjo
Just because he mentions 3 states doesn't mean they will be included in the map
