Two-Step Verification gave me a free hat, but it hasn’t appeared in my inventory?

So! I log onto RDR Online today, it says “You’re gifted the raccoon hat for having 2-Step verification” etc. It hasn’t appeared in my inventory? What should I do?

Yesterday I saw the splash screen saying that there was a free tint of the raccoon hat available for those who enabled 2-step verification (I had done that way back with the gold promotion of 10 or 15 gold bars for enabling it) but I couldn't find the hat anywhere. Today when I logged on I had an ALERT notification saying I was gifted an item by Rockstar. I went to my wardrobe and found it under Hats.

Hi Leonce and welcome to the forums....

First, I would try to log out and then back in (closing the game completely in the process).  If that doesn't work, I would wait a day or so.  .....and if all else fails, I would contact R* Support and ask them for assistance:

in addition, you can access your wardrobe at camp, at the tailor or at the general store

Mine showed up in my wardrobe.
