Glopez
This isn't just about RDR but the future of RDR2 and why there could have been a delay. Thinking it over, they managed to get LA Noire on the Switch and now they are moving GTA V and RDR to it as well, or so the rumor says. The news should break soon on this so I guess we will see. If this is true, the delay for RDR2 could have been down to wanting to be able to release it on the Switch or at least make sure everything works right for the Switch before releasing it for the two other consoles. Just a thought. source
riptide87
This is the first time I heard anything on this but the source you posted was done just 2 days ago so it must be new news. Either way, sweet. I think it is about time Nintendo got back to the root of gaming with more adult friendly content. I played Mortal Kombat on their earlier systems. For anyone who complains about GTA and RDR going on there, I just point that out.
liquidfire
I haven't heard about this but I assumed this was the direction they were going since LA Noire was released on the Switch. Maybe we will see it come out on the Switch in 2019 and games here on after like Bully 2 will just come out on all 3.
TheBaconator
I don’t know a whole lot on this topic but I find it hard to believe that the switch would be able to handle RDR2. With games like L.A. Noire and original RDR I’d imagine it being much easier due to it’s smaller size and lack of complexity compared to more modern games. If it is true that they plan to port over gta 5 then maybe I am wrong on this one. Either way playing a game like RDR2 on the switch would never due the game justice as they would most likely have to tone down just about every aspect of the game in order for switch to be able to support. Correct me if I am wrong though.

Unless they plan on dumbing down the graphics and the game itself. I really don't know what the Switch can actually handle, I never looked into it. I guess it is like PC games vs Console games. VICKSUN
The only way I can see RDR2 coming out under Nintendo is if they release another Switch that is beafier. I am sure it can handle RDR but certainly not 2 and even GTA V will be pushing it.

I have to agree with RDR2, I just do not see that game ending up on the Switch based on the way the graphics look alone in the trailers.
D3x
I like that they are doing this but I have my doubts and it is the same doubts others have mentioned with Switch's capability to handle these kinds of games.
