What is your specialist role? When the DLC drops!

As the title suggests. I am opting for Trader. Like the idea, of doing something with my camp. I have never used it. So I am happy I can now work on it.  Love the idea of having a stew pot, a wagon and a dog! As well as a butchers table!  I hope we can also decorate our camp like we could in story mode. The one downer is it will be called 'Cripps trading company' and you are a partner?? Something tells me I am going to end up shooting him.

I would like to think so but I just don't know. Yes I will try them all as well. But I have decided to grind for the first month as a trader. To get to the top rank etc as soon as possible. Nice base to start from for the rest.

Gonna run bounty hunter first ! Just love the idea of getting to hog tie bandits for a reward. Also looking at trader myself. Should be great fun !

Getting two cards free so will have spend 15 gold out of my 600 gold bars for the trader card😂, going for the trader first, think the bounty hunter outfit will suit your caricature buckie looks awesome, Arthurs Angles rock.

I want to be a Trader. If it turns out I don't like it, I'll go for the Collector. But Trader has always been the one that interested me the most. Also, I want a dog. lol

I get two of three free as well so will also pay the 15 for the trader role as I would like to do all three.

 Have all week to decide how to approach it but think I want to start with what I think will be the lowest key one - The Collector.  Just to get a feel for the mechanics - then go for The Trader with The Bounty Hunter last after I get used to all of the new stuff.  

So excited to play some new content and get a dog.

 Maybe the next update will see us get ranches, farms and be able to break wild horses to keep - but for now, I am super hyped for the new experiences.

I like certain elements of all 3, so I'll be buying into each one of them. The one that I'm looking forward to the most though is the trader since I spend the majority of my time hunting in this game.

I like them all but after trying a bit and watching some core youtubers I will invest more on the one that has less grieffing possibilities, the one where you spend less time, either on sales or supplies, exposed to other players - It seams the Bountyhunter will be less grieffed cause you only have to go get them and bring them, dead or alive, lol, on the other roles (not sure about collector) you expose to grieffers when you go get stuff, you expose to NPC raids at camp and sometimes we will be too far to ride in time to save our goods and than exposed again when you sell converted stuff - correction - you dont get exposed, Robbstar is the one who exposes you to grieffers

Trader and Bounty hunter in the beginning as I only have 30 gold and I play on Xbox. Maybe later I'll get collector, because exploration sounds fun but I don't care for the items that the collector gets. Before the update I did a lot of hunting, so I think that the trader will really work for me as it'll maximize my efficiency. Bounty hunter just sounds like fin, being able to take bounties and players.

The bounty hunter gear looks dope. Even the twirling of your guns looks cool.

I hear that players on xbox have to buy the butchers table for 15 gold, that sucks.

Lot of grinding & no glitches also got $53,000, looks like R* are changing the way the new update is going to work probably because all the gold map glitching & cougar glitching, I've got everything so got nothing to spend it on at the moment.

Lol yes oz is the bank of trust in our community. He and I and several others have stayed and played since last November. The hours we have in game are staggering ! Lol there has been no break for us. True rdr2o fans right here. None of us are part time players coming and going. We have rode the long ride and now can relax with all this money and gold and enjoy the update !

yes it does but well worth it.  i have enough gold to do all three without hurting.  but Trader sounds the best since I hunt and don't do PVP very much

I thought Bountyhinter would be my favourite but Im only rank 2 on that, I reached rank 13 on trader and despite not dedicating any serious time to Collector Im 17 at it, lol, just for picking collectibled along the way

Hi just registered here. I opted for Trader. It’s pretty fun. So are the train protection side missions! Hopefully they add legendary animals and “on the hunt”-style missions too
