I verified today on PS4... there is indeed a ‘stay’ on the L2 menu... but there is a catch... you have to be a step or so back from the horse and you’ll get ‘follow’ ‘stay’ or ‘flee’... if you’re too close to the horse the menu changes1 point

Use your regular lake lure (it doesn't have to be the special lake lure). X marks the spot ( just ignore the player marker). Enjoy!!

I personally haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary regarding horse behavior. Aside from all the usual (frozen, no tail, random pelts, etc) things that go on.1 point

Honestly, I think the ammo selection we have now is a touch on the ridiculous side for the timeline... I’m pretty sure most folks in the day fed their guns whatever hunk of lead they could melt down over a measure of black powder or cordite... or the standard factory junk from the dry goods store or catalog... But it is supposed to be a little over the top I suppose... I could ask for more shotgun rounds, birdshot perhaps?1 point

I think the upgraded saddle bags only increases the amount of outfits you’re allowed to carry on the horse. I believe it starts at 3 & with the upgraded we are allowed to carry 7. Can go to a General store, Tailor or your camp & you can setup & save your custom outfits to your horse.1 point

I haven't noticed any issues with this myself. When did it start happening for you? And I hate to be that guy, but have you contacted Rockstar about the issue? Might be an easy fix they can walk you through.1 point

But it's so damned ugly! For style points the Bounty Hunter special saddle looks nicer (a bit too bling, but never mind) and isn't too far behind on performance (with hooded stirrups also, of course). My silver Nokota isn't blessed with the top stamina in the game, but at lvl 4 bonding and careful use of the left stick click, she can sprint from one end of the map to the other without running out of puff using that setup.1 point

The issues some ppl have that are fixed with a VPN is that some modem/routers from some ISP's that have harcoded port mappings and cant be managed completely by the end user. Using a VPN can bypass this problem or getting a new modem/router that's fully unlocked for end users and port managing.1 point

I am not sure if this is meant for PC or console but I know on console, it was pretty hard to play and enjoy when they first launched online. It has come a long way though. That being said, if this pertains to the PC version, give them some time to fix everything.1 point

To get the core health and stamina back up, just feed it until it's full. Interact with the horse and feed. It's fast and easy. To be honest I've never used tonics with my horse except for the one that helps save it when it's down. Those other things being discussed help the horses maximum stamina but to fill it, it just needs food. It's the same as the player.1 point
