At this point, they are trapped between a rock and a hard place. Cause if you reset and players didn't know, huge backlash. If they don't then they allowed a bunch of glitch users cheat the system and got themselves set up really well for new players that won't stand a chance.
-
Seeing how you don't want to feel bad about cheating, then don't. Once this becomes the real game and players continue to do it and it becomes an issue to Rockstar. They will ban players. You are right, not all players got banned for duping cars, but those who did got permanent bans. They too argued that they didn't know it was wrong. They still didn't get to play GTA: Online. You are also correct they probably won't ban you for joining and leaving, but I do see what you are doing being the same as the players who tried to cheat in GTA. You don't and won't cause you don't want to admit what you are doing is wrong. Let's play this out and see what happens. Maybe you won't ever get banned, whiles others might. I am positive that if you look up the Terms of Service for their online game. You will see that these of things will be covered there and if you get caught. You will be banned.
-
Yet you see that as how the game is suppose to be played. Load up, loot, leave, risne and repeat. Just because players have been cheating the system, doesn't mean they aren't cheating. Check the Terms of Service for the game. You will find that they will cover their bases for these things. Yes, they will ban you for these kinds of things. They did it to players in GTA: Online. Players that wasn't given a second chance, permanent bans. You want to cheat, good for you. When you get banned, you will always be able to tell Rockstar, that isn't fair, players have been doing it for years. Not your fault, no one warned you that you was cheating. Maybe they'll believe you.

I have no doubts, but I am sure that their honor system could be tweaked to accomodate it.
-
Apparently, I used up all of my likes for the day. I don't have a problem that if they allowed players with a high enough honor in the honor system to be Marshalls.

Shirts are buttoned all the way to the eye brows, yeah I can see the vest is a major issue.
-
And then we would have the full story now wouldn't we. We could judge for ourselves. If the game doesn't extablish a balance then players need to be able to vent. 2 sided coin and I personally have no issues hearing both sides.
-
Well IMHO, if you already played The Division, you already played The Division 2's Beta for 3 years.

What if you kill a player, you spawn on the map for say 10 seconds. That way Trolls will be lit up like a Christmas Tree all day long. Put a bounty on them where they get shot at by NPCs as well as PCs. Trolls don't like it when they can be seen and everyone is against them.
-
You won't hear that from me. I prefer the PvE over their stupid idea of PvP, which gives no PvE player a chance to win at all. I mean when a PvP player can kill any PvE player with just one shot and you can have a room full of PvE players and they can't scratch the health of a PvP player when all focus. There is a problem, then for the longest time force the DZ onto those players. Nah! You won't get disrespected by me. I wish you good luck regardless of which you want to play.

In a PvEvP Enviroment, not all players are wanting to PvP. Yet they are on the map for all to see and nowhere to go and hide. Think we all know not all PvP players are actually looking for PvP. They want easy kills and then run away till you get tired of chasing them.
-
That is why I am still in Chapter 3 and doing as many of the side tasks as I can. Everytime I go to camp Dutch is in his tent," Arthur, we need to talk!" and I just walk on by.

There was some cheaters in The Division that I intentionally avoided in Survival PvP, (CronusMax Users). Reported them to both Xbox and Ubisoft. I saw them for months afterwards, so I stepped away from PvP Survival cause I knew I wouldn't beat them in a gun fight if we met up right outside the spawn point, at least till I would be able to find a gun that I could use.
-
Different beast, but I used it in both GTA:Online and The Division. Blocking players using the Xbox User block. I often kept a list of players that I didn't care for and found them still in my online game instances. Yes, I am fluent in blocking players using this step. Surprises me at times when there are still players that I can play with online.

Saturday or maybe Sunday, several groups was in Tumbleweed. All getting along no ignorance. Very peaceful and yahoo comes riding in shooting left and right kills several NPCs and a PC or 2. So those in my Posse, take cover and send this yahoo to the cementary. Before he hits the ground, we all have bounties and head for the quick exit out of town. Soon as we get out of town, the bounties go away. We go back to Tumbleweed and there are no issues. 1st. We shot in self defense. Got a bounty? 2nd, Ride out of town and then return. No bounty? 3rd, Unfortunately, he didn't live long enough to get a bounty and the NPC next to me didn't shoot back at him, till my Posse killed the guy. Then it became hunting season on us. WTF?

Finally, some one who understands. heehehehe. Thanks Truth for your support.

Players were claiming to sell wild horses online. Supposedly the 1st few days it was fairly quick money if you was good at it. I was never able to find a stable that would buy them. I haven't been able to sell stolen horses either, but didn't find that one fun.
-
Sorry! Didn't realize people didn't know.
-
Saturday, I joined a group that wanted to hunt horses and go sell them. We went out each eventually found a horse, but no one would take them. Our leader said he saw on his screen that apparently one of us hadn't accomplished something online and it would never let us sell horses. Yet it never said which player. So how do we sell horses?
-
So then you understand that PvP players and PvE players can co-exist as long as both sides watch what they are doing. For example I see a player hunting or shopping or fishing. I will go out on a limb a say those people don't want to PvP. Now if I see a group of players running around shooting everyone and everything, then I am pretty sure they want to PvP. Now from what I read from you. You think they are there, they want to PvP with me regardless of whatever they seem to want to do. Am I correct? I have seen too many players that state they want to PvP, yet runs for the hills when it arrives and they get sent home with their tales between their legs and that isn't just in this game. Rockstar really needs a separate server like they did with the 1st RDR.
-
I read it online somewhere, that pending on where you (aka the leader) and how often you return to camp. That it will pick up to be more accessible for you. Yes pain in the backside, but I could almost understand it.
-
You can also go into that player's profile and block them, but I have found in other games where I am up playing with the same players whether I want to or not.
-
Most companies want proof so that they don't have waste time replicating the issue. You can also go into that player's profile and block them, but I have found in other games where I am up playing with the same players whether I want to or not. So long term report and provide proof. They will get around to reviewing it at their pace.

Glitches with game I cant figure if its beta or my system.
YodaMan 3D replied to Rebel Witch's topic in Red Dead Online
Most likely it is something with the game. Play similar games and see if it repeats on those. The auto aim depends a little on how close you are to a target, are they moving, are you moving, sometimes auto aim can be less then a blink of an eye. -
Yesterday, I had spent more then a few hours hunting. Looking to upgrade weapons and horses and what not. I hit just under a $100 when I had to quit. So I exited the game and came back a few hours and started to hunt some more and when I went to sell my goods. I was about half and realized I haven't bought anything . I don't know if this is by design or some other issue. Thing is I didn't take a photo so I had no proof to send Rockstar to prove one way or another.
