I think both will happen depending on how you play the game. Either way, Arthur won't be a character in future games. I think RDR3 would either involve Jack (please God no) or maybe a young Dutch, possibly another gang member and they can tie it into Arthur.

What if you preorder the game and then also win a copy through this? Is anyone planning on keeping it? Giving it away? What would you do with the extra copy?

I don't remember there being any specific bonuses for pre-ordering at any one place. I could be wrong. Maybe they didn't announce those yet?

Just don't screw us over Rockstar. I don't want this to become a profit monkey that you dance around on us with. Also don't want to see this become a pay to win online game either.

I am the time of fool to play into it. Like hint at pre-ordering the game to see my wife scramble. I don't have a wife, but if I did and she did this, I would screw with her. This is probably why I don't have a wife... Or a girlfriend...

I have done this plenty of times myself on other forums. Thinking I was first to some news or something only to see someone beat me to it hours earlier. I see they changed it in your thread. I don't think anything of it myself. It was likely just a mistake.

I really didn't put too much thought into it. I was so pissed when John died that I took it out on Jack. I get why they did it and in the end, I liked it but at the time, I hated playing as him and just wanted my good buddy John Marston back.

I don't have any and do not intend on getting any. I feel like I would end up regretting it and I really don't want to see the crap fade so bad when I am an old fart that it looks like I have a giant liver spot.

I would hate to have to play the entire game as Arthur for him to just be killed off. They have done this too many times already. Aren't there any other ways around this where Arthur maybe moves up North or something?

As mentioned, they would run into too many issues with online missions where it would either be pointless or give others an unfair advantage. Also, as mentioned, it is not Rockstar's style. Just because other games do it don't mean they ever will.

I have always enjoyed these kinds of games myself. Part of the reason I loved Gears of War online as much as I did for as long as I did was down to horde the horde.

I am at a 50/50 split with this. Part of me thinks it is great. It allows people to explore things and enjoy the online end of the game for themselves. It also doesn't take away from the main story and the key selling point of the game. On the other hand, some people may be more inclined to play the game if they see that they can have fun online with friends after they finish the story. What do you guys think?

The reason behind this is because of lack of news. If Rockstar said anything about the game or posted more pictures, there would be more buzz on the game again.

I am sure everything will be fine. Movies, TV series and music are not different. They don't need half a year to advertise for it.

I was actually going to ask this. Have they ever shown it at all in commercials either? I think it is a smart move in a way. They want the focus to be on the main story which should be the selling point of the game.

A friend of mine mentioned this about GTA and he said they should have kids and teens in it. I just laughed at him. He goes "I wasn't telling a joke". I guess some people don't think fully grasp what that would lead to.

Just have fun man. I wouldn't worry too much about anything else until you see a fanbase growing. People make the mistake of draining all their efforts in before they even started.

This is how I feel pretty much. I would like something new too but if they do end up doing a part 2 of the zombies, I wouldn't be bothered. It isn't like we are forced or will be forced to get it.

It will be similar but they will or rather SHOULD have their own differences from GTA V online. It can't be a copy and paste or it will get boring fast.

I would like to think they will put more effort in this time around. I am all about look and feel of games like this. I know the outdoors will be great.

I am looking to getting into working out to get in better shape for summer. Well, I just want to be in better shape, in general, to feel better. I have neck issues which makes it hard for me to find anything I can do. I would prefer something that I can do that will also help with the issue in my neck and back. Anyone exercise here? What do you do?
