  1. I am just worried they will overdo it. I have seen some great games be destroyed by microtransactions and becoming a pay-to-win type of game. Like if it starts to get unfair unless you are buying stuff, I will jump ship. I played the story and loved it so I got my money's worth. I can easily walk away if they want to pull this crap.
  2. I have seen this mentioned enough times that I would like to think it will be a thing eventually. I don't mind how it is now but sometimes I just don't wanna deal with the pvp aspect of the game. You can't really avoid it though.
  3. I am so happy to see older gamers on here. I only know a few over 35 and they aren't actively part of forums. Some don't really even know how to use a computer outside of basic tasks. I guess you can tell when a person has been invested in gaming and computers most of their life.
  4. If you put it on the back of your horse and you only have the option to discard it, it likely went bad or is low quality. I would imagine you are trying to take it off to sell it right?
  5. Good to know. Now if it was only this easy to avoid people in real life... Everything would be golden. LOL
  6. I never noticed too many issues here myself but I can't say that I was actually looking lol I am sure this is something they will get fixed.
  7. I think if enough players complained about this, they would change it. Maybe we should all gather for a messaging session. I HATE this feature in the game. It really pisses me off because there is no true pattern for when it moves or where it moves to. Sometimes it moves completely out of the region I have selected which is like a million miles from me.
  8. It really bugs me that they ignore this a lot. Like I get that games can make money online easier but offline DLC is something I would much rather pay for. I don't mind earning my things online, I have a problem with buying them.
  9. Thanks man! I remember seeing a ton of birds somewhere like this and I couldn't for the life of me remember where it was. I believe this is the spot. Going to check it out in a bit.
  10. I can't see them porting it at this point but I can see them adding RDR2 to PC. We will see though. This is still pretty cool whoever made it.
  11. What settings do you have set on the game? It seems like the sensitivity is turned up or something. There will be movement but it shouldn't be moving that much.
  12. They did this in a way to force people to earn based on their time investment into the game. So you have to level up like mentioned. I think this is a fair way of preventing people from abusing the system to get what they want for minimal effort.
  13. You have to equip it. Do this by pressing the LB/L1 button and then scrolling down to the Rope in the bottom left of the wheel.
  14. If you join a very vocal server, you will likely hear a bunch of screaming and name-calling. Most I have joined were pretty quiet unless people were trolling or looking to join a posse or recruit people.
  15. They might make a mini game of this online eventually. I mean GTA had some wacky ones so it wouldn't surprise me. It would be a good way to make use of flight in a fun/silly way.
  16. I believe I spotted someone doing this but there is no way to know for certain. I just know they were on the train for a long, long time. lol
  17. I basically eat like I normally would. Two decent size "meals" and a few snacks here and there. My weight hasn't had any issues with dropping. It is kind of silly and I hope they lower the demand of food online after they get off the beta testing.
  18. Good call on this. My friend told me to do this after my one horse got highjacked. The dude rode my horse to a cliff and shot him off it. I was so pissed but couldn't help by laugh. It was my own fault for not disabling the lead and blocking people from riding him.
  19. I noticed a LARGE jump with this alone. On servers that have less players it is much lower but the servers tend to fill up fast so as of now, high time noon!
  20. The beta is going to have bugs, glitches, and issues with general playing. It is something one has to expect going in. The beauty of this being an open beta is allowing EVERYONE to have a say in things that need to be fixed or that should be changed. Take advantage of it cause not all online games give us this privilege.
  21. I put the link in your other thread and I will stick it here too for anyone else wondering. Go here: https://www.rockstargames.com/reddeadredemption2/online/feedback You can directly give Rockstar your ideas and feedback on their site. I agree that something needs to be changed as well. If you have an idea on what would be better share it here and I will send similar feedback.
  22. Same. I would hate to see this actually be a damn feature. I wouldn't care if it moved a little but to move halfway across the map pisses me off. It is really annoying.
  23. Have you tried killing that one off and seeing if the other shows in its place? I did that and it worked for me. I am not sure if this is a bug or I am just overlooking some mechanics here.
  24. Here champ: https://www.rockstargames.com/reddeadredemption2/online/feedback Just go to the link and voice your thoughts to them. They want people to give their input so they can make the online experience as good as possible for everyone.
  25. I know someone who depends on assisted gaming as well and I certainly approve of it being in most if not every game. The downside to this is that kids (cause you know parents will be buying this game for them even though they shouldn't) and casual players who want to improve their skills don't have the option. I think it is a great idea to have a standalone "hardcore" option for serious players and those who want to rely on their skills and I hope to see something like this in the future when the game is out of beta testing. This way everyone wins.
