Cutting back is certainly easier than quitting cold turkey. You ever hear about why diets fail people who are trying to lose weight? The reason is because they are too strict. I smoke now and then but used to smoke about half a pack a day, basically where you are now. I just got more active and did more with my time. I found that the less I was doing, the more I smoked. Find a hobby or something that interests you enough to stay busy with your hands and don't put too much pressure on yourself.

I thought this could be a cool thread for those who play online actively. See what everyone is up to and what not. I take long breaks and come back to the game. I missed out on some fun events, I know but that is the price you pay being an adult and needing to work 😒 Anyways, what are you currently working on online? I'm working on getting some cash and leveling up to 100. I am close thanks to that last update. Seems super easy now, not that it was ever very hard to begin with.

How did your marathon go? I would imagine things are wrapping up for you at this point. Where I am, it is already dark so Sunday evening. I wouldn't have had it in me to do a marathon. Had to work overtime this week so I ended up sleeping in yesterday and today.

I like to sit back for games like this, so controller for sure. Likely use an Xbox One controller as well. As for headphones, I tend to just put in earbuds. Nothing fancy but it allows me to hear everything and not be loud at night since I live with other people.

I don't recall seeing one recently. Awhile back I did manage to see 2 happen on the same server but I was playing for like a 6 or 7 hour stretch. Not sure why they don't show more often or what is going on with them.

I'll give this a bump in case you have not found it. For me, it was easiest to get him during the Country Pursuits story mission. If you are 100% certain you are in the right area, check different times of the day. I found that the gater seems to appear the most for people around dusk. It is worth noting that a lot of people were complaining about not being able to find him after Chapter 6 for some reason.

Since it is coming out for PC, just go down that route. I don't think it will be on Steam till December though so keep that in mind if you intend on buying it through them. To answer your question though, yes, it is absolutely worth playing it now.

Damn. I was going to suggest asking them. A buddy of mine had this happen and I can't remember what he did to fix it or if it even worked. Next time I talk to him, I'll try to remember to ask. I personally never lost any weapons. Must be some kind of glitch.

I think this has to do with cutting corners. Fast food is in some cases cheaper and you get larger portions but the quality of the food itself has went down the drain. I mean it wasn't health 30 years ago but it was a hell of a lot healthier than it is now. They have to put so much MSG in to make the food taste like anything.

Yeah we have seen quite a few warmer days since mid March. I'm just waiting for the rain to stop. Seems like it has rained nearly every day for the last 3 weeks.

I couldn't get any daily challenges started for the last few days. Not sure why. Anyone else having issues exclusively to the last few days? Or is it just me?

I can see this helping if Rockstar pays attention. Some seem to think they do, some seem to think they don't. I know game programming can be a huge pain when it is in beta testing. A lot of people constantly complaining and getting upset coupled with long hours of possibly getting nowhere with fixing something. I just hope it sends a message to them that we want more to play around with online.

I have gotten some just from people looking for extra help for missions and such. I don't mind joining so long as I know I am not going to be bagged and tagged. Only happened to me 2 times out of the several that I joined randomly.

I didn't notice anything about this being removed, not that I can remember anyway. I think they always announce if they take something out. I will keep an eye out for anything related to this and post back.

I don't know if it is down to how you shape your character in the creation or what but I noticed on my friend's dude that he made larger when he gains or loses weight it changes the stats quite a bit but he hardly looks any different.

That is interesting. I honestly never bothered going back. Just sold the first one I got. Can't even recall what it was worth. Do you know offhand if it is worth it?

I think they will stick with this game for a good 5 years. I can't see them working on the next big project for another year at least. I heard it was another Bully game as well. Not sure if that is true or not.

I agree. I never got any political vibes from it in the sense of modern day politics. It is hard to compare two different timelines but I think the progressive sense of the west dying out can seem very liberal leaning.

I was planning on sending them another message. I will mention some of this as well. Maybe if more of us ask for it, they will pay more attention. lol

I like when online games have holiday-themed lobbies and what not so I wouldn't rule it out that they don't do something in the future but like the comment about said, they are still in beta so we might not see anything fancy till everything is done.

It seems like they went from one extreme to the other. Before I had trouble keeping my weight on and now I can eat nothing but air and can't seem to lose anything. I am in the same boat as all of you.

If I know you are being a pain in everyone's arse and I am on with my crew, we will more than likely go after you. We have gone after quite a number of these kinds of players since December. I hate being annoyed as much as the next guy so we like to be vigilant.

I highly doubt they would punish the many over the few. I don't think they are that far gone with modern politics just yet lol I know a lot of people think this is the way to keep order in the real world and on games but it clearly isn't.

I think this is worth telling Rockstar about. Not sure if it was implied that you think this is an official forum or not, but it is not. It is a fan forum.

Not sure where I fall under. I mostly just like to hunt and gather. I do some of the missions and dailys but I mostly just go out hunting and fishing.
