Yeah, a lot of modern games just don't have that special touch a lot of older games had. I think it's because it's more corporate business side of things now rather than a bunch of nerds with passion creating the games. There's only a few companies that still create awesome games, but in today's world those companies are few far in between.

It's absolutely unfortunate they gave up on Red Dead. I think having the game at a full 60fps with 4k graphics would be awesome along with a possible Undead Nightmare release. It frustrates me because there was so much potential for this game. So sad.

I had the same issue at one point, I had to delete and reinstall the game. Everything started working again, but it sure does suck waiting for it to all download again.

Wow do I miss posting on here, it's crazy how the times fly and change so fast. Downloaded RDR2 and hopped online for the first time in a great while, and I will say it's nice to visit the game sometimes. I'm still wishing they will eventually give us 60FPS on PS5/XSX as they refuse to update the game constantly, at least let us console players enjoy the game at it's full capacity. This game had so much potential, and it's unfortunate Rockstar refuses to commit to update it like they do for GTA Online. Looks like all we can do is look forward and be thankful for the memories we had. What is everyone up to now a days?

Story and graphics wise, absolutely. Online? Not even close.

In my opinion, Rockstar as a company has fallen apart. I'm surprised they are hanging on by a thread keeping the fan base intact by hyping up the newer GTA project news, because if this project is a fluke, it's game over. Really unfortunate to see one of my favorite game developers fall this hard in recent years.

Yeah, I liked where the MW was going, but I didn't really care for going back to basics for the new game. I liked where the series was going because it actually was DIFFERENT for once. Anyways, definitely excited for Battlefield 6

Yeah it's just so strange, I couldn't play with other players like something wasn't updated correctly or something. I'll give it another go.

So, I was able to get a PS5, and I started playing Red Dead Online. I've connected I think once to a lobby and then never was able to connect again. Every time I click on a series through the menus, join a free roam mode, pretty much anything, I can't seem to connect with other players. When I look at the lobby, it says I have a full lobby, but there's no players in the map. I'm wondering if this could possibly be a server issue trying to connect PS4 and PS5 players together, or unless it's something that's occurring on R*'s end. System, game, and everything is completely up to date as far as updates and patches go. If you are having similar issues, please do not hesitate to leave a response!

Astro's Playroom would be a great game for you to see the possibilities with the dual sense controller, and it's also free. Call of Duty Cold War is one of the game I love playing at the moment because it supports 120fps and it looks absolutely amazing on my new monitor.

Just hopped on RDR2 today SOOOOOOOO much better on the PS5. That frame rate I've always been complaining about when going into towns is completely gone thanks to the power of the PS5 hahahaha I'm a happy man! Also, super awesome we can play PS4 games, I love this thing. I'm also happy it supports 120fps in some games. Got to play Call of Duty in 120fps smooth as milk! Can't wait for more bigger titles to come out on this console and really use all of it's power! Going to be pretty impressive if you ask me.

Glad to hear! Also just acquired my PS5 as well just a few days ago! Didn't really have any luck securing a console during the first few months of release, so I just stayed patient and eventually got lucky to hit on a Target restock and picked it up on that same day.
