I would get another 8GB bringing it to a total of 16GB RAM. When I first got my gaming laptop, 8GB of RAM was enough for Grand Theft Auto, but Battlefield 1 would shutter during cutscenes. 16GB of RAM fixed it. I heard rumors that the next gen consoles will come with 16GB of RAM.

I have no experience with the Collector Role, but TagBackTV over at You Tube say's the Collector Role is the best for making money. The Trader Role could be better if we had better animal spawns, but I only got the Trader Role to unlock the level 20 silver horse. Glad that I did with the new DLC coming out next week.

Same here, I just have streaming services including WWE Network. I'm currently at the 2003 Wrestlemania. Going to have a retro Wrestlemania party. But I got to get through the Army Navy game first.

All yeah. An i5 with that GPU is more than enough. To be honest, if I had to buy the parts all over again, I would go with a GTX 1060 equivalent card from AMD. Better value for the money and I would go with a Ryzen 5. I have a Ryzen 5 for a future build. Got it on sale for around $120.00 from Newegg.

i5 with RX 480 is good gaming rig. Google say's the RX480 is the equivalent to a GTX 1060!. I have a desktop that I'm going to build over at my parents, I spend my weekends off over there and I have my consoles hooked up to a PC monitor at a desk at my apartment. Like an Esports setup. I have an i7 and a GTX 1070 8GB which I bought before the prices started going up. That should run Red Dead Online like a dream!. I just have to build the rig and get a desk.

Unfortunately, people using mods to troll comes with PC gaming. I have GTA on Steam and the online is full of modders. But I have a lot of friends that mod online but don't troll or mess with anyones game. Personally, I don't mind if players mod online, as long as they don't mess up other players games. The problem with reporting them is that when they get banned, they have another account up in minutes.

We never needed the RockStar launcher for GTA 5 on Steam until after the launcher came out, but when I signed up for the launcher I did so to get GTA San Andreas for free and I didn't have any issues with it so I can't complain. If It's required now, that's news to me. Maybe some player's had issues with it.

Never heard of it but I'm an old school wrestling fan!. My favorite era was the late 90's. With exception to the current Women's Division and the Independent Circuit, everything else isn't worth watching. I haven't checked out the new AEW so I can't comment on it yet.

Not sure, but I know that they have been patching it. My issue was with the CPU and GPU. My gaming laptop is running an Intel i5 with a GTX 1050 TI 4GB. I couldn't run the game beyond low settings and even with those setting it was shuttering or freezing with graphics from the PlayStation 1 day's. I haven't followed the Steam release, but I'll read up on it.

I'm getting ready to put a scope on my Winchester lever action!. This gaming session I will unlock the Double Barrel Shotgun. I'm also interested in finding out how much money I will make with the Trader Role instead of just selling to the butcher. I noticed an increase in profits from the first time that I used the Trader Role. The current balance I'm starting off with this weekend is $2,737.58. I will account for the cost of the Double Barrel Shotgun, but I will not account for the cost of ammo as I consider it a necessity like any other in game fees. Wish me luck.

Sounds like you had your work cut out for you. I had the game on PC, but had to get refund due to the launch issues. If the Steam launch goes off without a hitch and I may buy the game once the issues have solved. I'm currently playing on the Xbox One.

I heard the same so I'm currently using the short scope on my rifle and I'm thinking of putting a short scope on my Winchester lever action. I'm pretty sure that you can get perfect head shot pelts with deers with a scoped lever action. What does everyone else think?

This is why I love the Trader Role. I doesn't take long for products to be ready for delivery, good payouts for the time you put into it, and animals that you decide to skin will give you meat to sell to the Butchers. Like double dipping!. I normally make between $400.00 to $500.00 per gaming session of hunting and selling to the Butchers with Black Belle and Tammy missions included. First gaming session after buying into the Tradder Role, I believe I brought in approximately $700.00 per gaming session. I worry that the payouts might get nerfed.

I'm still having the same issue. Not so much if use my sisters Xbox over at the place she stays at. They need to fix this as it is going to impact the game in the future.

Well everyone, purchased 50 Gold Bars to buy into the new DLC next week and I'm also going to use the gold to buy the bolt action rifle and the double barrel shorgun when I rank up. I prefer to save as much money as I can while the payouts are still good. Is there any benefit to going with the longer scope?

I'm not exactly sure about this. I had 10 Gold Bars earned in game when I purchased 150 Gold Bars and they showed up once I logged into the game. I'm on the Microsoft Xbox One, is it different on the PlayStation?

When I purchase gold in the Microsoft store, it shows up once I log into the game and the money section comes up in the top right srceen. Gold is located to the right of your money, with tokens showing up to the left of the gold. So it is in the order of tokens, gold, the your money. If it is not showing that you have the gold there after logging into the game, contact Sony's customer service. Once you have logged into the game then logged out, all data should show on your RockStar Social Club profile for Red Dead Online. If the gold amount that you purchased is not there, contact customer service. Note: Gold Bars purchased will not show up in your RockStar Social Club profile until after you have logged into the game after the purchase, then logged out so that game data has been saved.
