pelts and animals disappearing?

I have notice that when i kill a animals and if i walk small distance away or even sometime just turn my back to skin another that some will disappear and if u leave your horse a small distance away carcass and pelts can be lost!

Shouldn't happen on your horse unless it respawns.

The corpses disappearing is, in theory, a server clutter feature that is overturned. Hopefully they will lengthen the distance on body deshawn, especially at bandit camps.

i just shoot 4 birds out of the sky only 2 hit the ground the other 2 disappered b4 hitting the floor! and i was on my feet not my horse gggrrr i ssay i lost about $50 so far over this! eveything keeps disappearing

Yet later in the game, you can clean your horse and afterwards you will have all those pelts reappear.  At one point hunting, we got ambused and I died.  When my horse returned it had no pelts.  When hunted new ones, went and sold everything, went back to the horse and there was more pelts.  Went back and sold those.  I think sometimes the game gets overwhelmed and they temporarily disappear and then at some point they reappear.  I know someone who reported this to Rockstar.

i say its just a bug to be worked out but i just like to put it out there about it hoping people will write to rockstar our thay will see what needs to be looked at..

i cant wait till der a bit more on rdr2 online and the game stops glitching so much!

Yeah bug fixes will help a lot.

I actually have high hopes for RDO   I'm loving the beta even with the various problems, and my optimistic side thinks it'll only get better!

Good to know. I was wondering what the heck was going on with this myself. I know a lot needs to be fixed but such implemented details in the game, it really surprised me that they got missed.

Hate it that pelts disappear after fast traveling, they should change that. Otherwise it isn't worthwhile hunting up north, because it lacks Butcher locations.

Pelts seem to vanish for all sorts of reasons. Happened to me twice when the server crashed. Another time when I chose another activity after which switching back to free roam they’d gone.

shot a few deer across a river. Half way across to go and skin  em the corpses vanished.

Limitations of the server, I'm afraid. Not a bug, just annoying.

Last night i filled  a wagon with 11 huge fishes.     Went back to the butcher to sell it.  Sold the 1st fish, the wagon vanished.

 

I should have made a friend sit on the wagon.

yea i had a problem that when i was fishing to get fish put them in the wagon if i was a long time getting the next when i went back some or all fish were gone! hopefully rockstar will let you buy a wagon and let u use it to hunt!
