Anti-Griefing Help Plz Rockstar?

So I started over online, kept getting stuck with with the stupid nag.  Read online that, that even though Rockstar promised a fix, that a sure fire fix was started over.  So I did and this morning I am out hunting and find myself alone by Blackwater, then a play spawns in, and then another and so forth. Eventually, there ends up being about 6 to 8 players, all hunting and ignoring each other.  Then Poof! some jackass spawns in and immediately starts running through and scaring off the animals.  Still not actually working together.  We adjust and move and this jackass rides up and kills a player and then another.  Soon as he starts shooting at me, I shoot back and send him to the morgue cause apparently riding away didn't suit him at all when the others did it.  Killing only ticked him off, cause then he kept coming after me, regardless of how many times I killed him.  So eventually, I just let it happen and he killed me while I was in the menu.  When 6 to 8 players are ignoring you, that doesn't mean, "Hey Jackass, come screw with us." 

What is wrong with these players?

I know, it sucks.  

I take it XB1 has a block feature?  I would use it.  I would also use the report option in the menu to report "disruptive behavior".  

Personally, as soon as everyone else started spawning in, I would have moved on.  .....especially once the griefer showed himself.  I  would have slipped away as he trolled the other players who stayed behind.  As bad as that sounds, you gotta do what ya gotta do.

I guess we just have to see how the anti-griefing measures pan out.  I'm a little skeptical too.

I have talk about this problem with my frends. We got to the point of believing that R * liked this game play and support this idiots to. Why you think? First of al its about money making for R* when its hard for someone to get dollars they sel more goldbars. So instead fixing the griefers trolls  Isue they put in more pvp action. So more off that idiots coming in the game. Iff they fix this isue those idiots are gone so potentiël clients for selling goldbars goes first by R*.  Tell me why don't they fix the griefers problem before putting on a new game mode like the fortnite.

I found it irritating, and ruined my play when these ass griefers just ran and kill.. Now, being almost level 70, i simply do, what everyone else does.. I do not take a random kill for the joy of the idiot who did it, i hunt him/her down atleast 5-10 times.. constant killing them, and if they flee, i follow. Thats when they disconnect = Problem solved!

BUT.. I see a whole new griefer problem, wich might be a Troll case, instead. 

last night, i was doing the "If the hats fits" mission.. We where 3 players. We went so far, as where we have to deliver the outlaw.. and this one Troll (Player) just rode him into Armadillo saloon, and put him on the table, when we removed, he ran his horse into us, and delivered him back on the table.. This kept the mission from getting finished, and me & the other player almost used 15 mins, of constant trollfest by this idiot, making us NOT succed.. However, finally, we managed to get the outlaw placed on the one players horse, and i could ran my horse into the Troll Monkey.. 

This is just a behaviour i cant really understand. My best guess ofcourse, is that its a GTA kid, trying to ruin the experience.. 

THAT sucks! - But that is ofcourse something you cant really fix, since you cant kill your own teammates.

I've noticed a few players who are rounding on the griefers online and using their mics to summon up more people to catch them.  Won't stop the idiots but it's fun watching them getting revenge on them.  Trying to bungee jump one of them off a high bridge was fun . Most of them when caught sound like they quite young and I guess unless Rockstar put a stop to it (won't hold my breath over that) these kids are just going to troll and troll.

Doing the same mission this morning and a troll teammate just started tossing dynamite and kill us in the process.  I am really hating that the answer to this problem is for me to quit or change server, cause some asshat is bored with his life.
