liquidfire Posted February 18, 2020 Share Posted February 18, 2020 Been quite stressed recently. Having issues at work, trouble sleeping, and just generally not feeling to great. I had a falling out with a friend which is a long story. I just been too damn stressed and it is getting to me. My sister and I were talking the other day and she told me I need to manage it since anxiety disorders run in our family and I am still young enough to have one start.
