  1. GTAV was based on the outrageous. It was a game world focused on self indulgence, corruption, greed, parodies and over-the-top behaviour. I believe RDO will be more about immersiveness in an era with more of a focus on detail and authenticity (to an extent). GTAV:O and RDO will be co-existing side by side. I see no reason why R* would want to repeat the same exact gameplay experience of GTAV:O in RDO to be honest. It doesn't fit in the RDR game world and I tend to believe RDO will be a more "serious" experience by comparison.

  2. You're right, bootlegging and the underworld it took place in would make a great game. Lawless is a great movie set in that era. Tommy guns, gangsters. Epic.

  3. You are not obliged to use it, but here are the details: You can now create Posses right here on the RDR2 forum, which allow you to create and control your own areas of the forum for whatever topic you may wish. Looking for like-minded players who enjoy rolepaying? Add or join an existing Posse. Want some players who are around your age and who take the game seriously? There's a Posse for that already. https://www.rdr2.org/forums/clubs/ You can give users certain access levels, upload a cover photo for your Posse, and also give it an icon, as seen below. You need to have at least 20 posts (replies or new threads) to create a Posse. Posse Types Three types of Posse are available: Public Posses Posses that anyone can see and participate in without joining. Open Posse Posses that anyone can see and join. Closed Posse Posses that anyone can see in the directory, but joining must be approved by a Posse Leader or Posse Moderator. Non-Posse-members who view the Posse will only see the member list - not the recent activity or content areas. Posse Users Each Posse has three levels of user: Leader A leader has all of the permissions of a moderator, and can add other moderators. They can also add content areas. The Posse owner is automatically a leader. Moderators Moderators, as the name implies, have the ability to moderate content posted within the Posse. Users Anyone else that joins the Posse.

  8. @Benjo i remember that gta san Andreas has about 100 missions. I don't quite remember if it has secundary missions. Anyway...I played pretty much one hour a day, more or less, and it took a month for me to finish the main story...

  11. Personally, I would using GTAV as a benchmark instead of RDR. I think it will be more advanced than that with more detail, etc. We have already been informed that characters will react to weather and such. IMO, GTAV was pretty good in itself with the randomness and transitions. ......RDR2 will be way better if I were to guess.

  15. I was with a girl in my late teens who was more of a hardcore gamer than I was. Played all the CoD games, WoW, even the cheesy ones like Sims you would expect gals to enjoy. She would get so heated too. It was worse than playing a game with my older brother (he once threw a controler at my head and I had to get stitches lol). I am fine if you are passionate about a game or something but holy hell this girl was nuts. My friend used to say she shot up roids or something when I was at work lol

  17. For me, there's a balance in our relationship. She kinda likes video games but she knows the closest she'll get to playing RDR2 within the first week is to sit near me and not talk while I play it. I do the same with her games.

  19. Damn nice dude. I am going to have to check these out. I like reading novels form people who are less well known. Seems like once authors blow up, they lose their edge or something.

  20. I'd be both surprised and disappointed in equal measure if they did anything even remotely pantomime in RDR2. Can't see it myself - this game seems far more serious.

  22. It's a sci-fi, but not hard sci-fi like spaceships etc, more of a thriller based in a scientific future. Ryan Rinsler is my pen name.
