As the title suggests. I am opting for Trader. Like the idea, of doing something with my camp. I have never used it. So I am happy I can now work on it. Love the idea of having a stew pot, a wagon and a dog! As well as a butchers table! I hope we can also decorate our camp like we could in story mode. The one downer is it will be called 'Cripps trading company' and you are a partner?? Something tells me I am going to end up shooting him.

I get two of three free as well so will also pay the 15 for the trader role as I would like to do all three. Have all week to decide how to approach it but think I want to start with what I think will be the lowest key one - The Collector. Just to get a feel for the mechanics - then go for The Trader with The Bounty Hunter last after I get used to all of the new stuff. So excited to play some new content and get a dog. Maybe the next update will see us get ranches, farms and be able to break wild horses to keep - but for now, I am super hyped for the new experiences. T

It does sound similar to GTA businesses... yet not exactly. For one, we have the proximity based radar blips and I don’t see them changing it. Also, they haven’t made it overly ridiculous with overpowered DLC yet. Also, they mention spotting rival business wagons at a greater distance, so It sounds like the act of taking them out will be something more than ‘look, someone is doing something. Go kill them everyone.

You missed the part about hunting wagons allowing you to carry more pelts and carcasses.

I would like to think so but I just don't know. Yes I will try them all as well. But I have decided to grind for the first month as a trader. To get to the top rank etc as soon as possible. Nice base to start from for the rest.

Howdy vamp ! As oz said big game meat and also any canned goods will pack the pounds on. Canned salmon and many others will swell you up in no time !

I like certain elements of all 3, so I'll be buying into each one of them. The one that I'm looking forward to the most though is the trader since I spend the majority of my time hunting in this game.

RDR3 won't be set in modern day (that's GTA's department) and it most definitely won't come in a measly four years.

We know there will be some kid trying that and there punishment for killing our dogs will be swift !! To the gallows they will go !!

I want to be a Trader. If it turns out I don't like it, I'll go for the Collector. But Trader has always been the one that interested me the most. Also, I want a dog. lol

Just hope we don't get idiots coming to dynamite the dogs.

it seems that you can remove your offhand holster ! If you have a map with location (find it everywhere), 2 hours max for 54 cards hidded.

I intend to try all of them. but will R* now stop packing up our camps ?

There is an in-game reporting feature that has a selection for cheating IIRC. Also, you can report them via the R* Support site: https://support.rockstargames.com/categories/115001624507?step=dea4b872 There is a section you will see there for "Report a Player" or "Report a Player Group". Obviously, if you have gameplay evidence (video), this would be ideal. As an added measure I always block them in PSN just in case but that's just me.

The only folks who ever really complain about how long these things take are those folks who have never coded an once of code in their lives. Those who have, tend to just sit back and hope they catch all of the new bugs this new code is going to cause, and encourage them to take their time with it. The fewer bugs the better. I'm looking forward to this update. Not sure on the whole "Roles" thing. But definitely excited to see all the new changes!

bitching and moaning huh? well i for one rather play a game when i recently bought it rather than wait 5 years for them to make it great. This can literally be added within a month and half if anything lets be real, most of its contents are already in the single player. by then ill be playing different games and i think a next gen console if i'm not mistaking lol Also doesn't excuse their lack of communication with the community, and the absent weekly "updates" where they can implement smaller improvements to the game and/or fixes to existing bugs or connection issues.
