  1. You get much more for big deliveries. I mean 10x the money, for 4x the goods. Clearly the good people of made-up RDO America haven't been to economics classes to learn about economies of scale and price elasticity in plentiful resources.

  2. Generally, that's how it works for some odd reason. Animals not spawning when you're looking for a certain one. It makes the hunting side missions extremely tedious. I think I looked for about 48 hours in total (not in a row, obviously, though I have stayed awake for such lengthy periods in the past ... my record is 84 hours and 27 minutes 🤣) just for a single robin. Yet, before I got to that point in the quest, they were spawning everywhere.

  3. Well I hope you're right. We blew up a shine wagon tonight while doing a distant trader delivery with dynamite arrows. But we also hit it with more than one nearly simultaneously. Further "research" is in order.

  4. We tested that once early on when trader was new. I can't remember the exact dollar amount, but you do make more doing 100 goods distant as opposed to doing 25 goods 4 times distant. Not to mention being exposed to bandits 4 times as opposed to once. It's also worth noting the massive drop in price if your wagon isn't full. There is a big difference between delivering 99 goods instead of 100. Definitely be patient and make sure the wagon is full.

  5. Having the buck antler trinket helps with perfect pelts in general. For squirrels and other similar sized animals, use the bow with small game arrows.

  6. I use "traditional" horse names. Silver, Trigger, Mr Ed, Rosie O'Donnell, etc.

  7. Yeah, pretty much any RDR2 disk will work as long as its not for a different platform. I can't answer your second question because I'm on PS4.

  8. You will be able to use them when the outlaw pass 3 comes out.

  9. In all fairness, customer support is limited in what they're allowed to tell us. They don't have the authority to promise fixes or tell us when fixes will come. But if they tell me to clear my cache one more time, there will be a reckoning.

  10. AFAIK, there's no difference in the disks themselves, so just buying a regular copy should be fine.

  11. Especially if they have to leave out the booze-fueled orgies.

  12. I'd recommend buying the hunting wagon as soon as you're able. That makes keeping Cripps stocked so much easier, plus if you're in need of cash, filling the wagon and selling to a butcher will bring decent cash pretty quickly. As others mentioned, the large wagon is what makes the most money, but it sure takes a lot longer to fill, as well. You can deliver any size load (25, 50, 75 & 100), but only a full load pays well. The only time I'd do a small load is if a daily mission requires selling items and you don't have the time to wait for a full load. One other tip is to donate everything to Cripps: feathers, fangs, antlers, etc. Every item donated brings in 5 XP, and while it doesn't seem like much, it does add up. Of course, once you max out your rank, there's no point in donating those and it's better to sell them to a butcher. Sorry if that was more info than you were looking for. Thought it might help you and anyone else who comes across the post.

  14. There are other things you can find and use as well. I highlighted the one you are after. I don't want to link to anything in case of spoilers so I screen shot the list.

  15. So while waiting for a response, I decided to start going through all my RDO graphic settings. I found something almost immediately. For informational purposes, I needed to have my textures set to at least high to get proper setting to make my toon's face look right. I thought everyone else would like to know in case they come across this thread.

  16. People should always do this when they're done playing (instead of just turning off their xbox). It prevents a lot of bugs.
