Death Stranding is the debut project from Kojima Productions, the studio founded by legendary Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima. In Death Stranding this will not happen, since when we die we will be transported to another dimension, something equivalent to the continue screen where we had a countdown. He then spoke about the mysterious rain (seen in trailer 3) and how it seems to accelerate the aging of anything that comes in contact with it. As explained by Kojima, it is called Timefall and is one of the most important aspects of the plot, with the protagonist Sam (played by Norman Reedus) having a special connection with it. But he did not want to go into details about that part. Another aspect commented by Hideo Kojima was the baby that has been shown since the first trailer. According to him, the child will be much more than just a part of the plot, being directly related to the mechanics of the game. The suspicion is that it serves to warn us when enemies are around, making everything even more mysterious.

I was expecting something today but... Anyway, since the announcement of L.A. Noire's remaster last Thursday they have been radio silent on all social media. Something is coming, something very exciting (rdr2) or very disappointing (more GTAO garbage).

Let that for simulators and survival games, Red Dead is none of these. It would totally change what RDR is and its formula.

There is no consensus as to "where" America's heartland is physically located.
