I would advise not to accept posse invites most are grievers, a mic is a must to communicate, don't bother about trying to get three star pelts I've got nearly everything in the game & still got 31.000 bucks without worrying about 3* of any animal, loot every cabin you can get in, hunt on the marsh shoot anything that moves, go up north in the snow to earn not many players venture up there. Wasted your money DC, R* servers are the problem, logged into a buggy server today not a fish to be seen logged out & back in & the fish were back, it seems though I don't get disconnected here in the UK as much as our American cousins?

Never used defensive so can't really comment if it works or not I've been playing this game from the start & have never had problems with griefers as such had the usual A-HOLES camping at the butchers & the odd idiot shooting you in the back as you ride past them or looking in the catalogue but anyone who is having trouble just change servers or join a showdown the come straight back out instead of complaining their getting griefed.
