I am waiting to get it on Steam. I am not in a rush to get it and after seeing the issues that have been happening for the first week for a lot of people, I am glad I waited. It has to suck to be hyped for this game and wanting to play it for the first time and the darn thing don't work.

I haven't noticed anything too bad myself watching others play. I am waiting to get the game on Steam but I am watching people stream the game and a few YouTubers I watch are playing it both on and offline.

When did they launch this for GTA V on PC? Wasn't it like a month after the release? I would expect it to launch when the game launches on Steam if I had to guess. This will be likely to happen on December 3rd or December 10th. No one is clear on the set date yet.

I spotted this and it isn't really worth taking into account the comparisons. There is a PC trailer out now though and I am sure someone will compare the two on YouTube. Someone may have already done so, I haven't checked.

Are the animals all listed as 1, 2, and 3 star? I kind of remember some not having any. Unless I am mistaken. I really don't know. I would look into it though. If they are suppose to all have stars and your game isn't showing this, might be worth contacting Rockstar to see if you can get the issue fixed.

A delay makes sense, even if the game is tested and ready. Thanks guys. I am not really rushing to get the game so I don't mind waiting.

Going to have to agree with this based on what I have read myself as well as seen in similar games. The control system is there so it would be kind of stupid if they didn't allow controllers to work.

I have been in tech support/customer care for over 5 years now. I may not work for Rockstar but I have witnessed things like this happening and it is an absolute nightmare.

Fair call but they have to consider the average PC gamer as well. Not all PC gamers have 4K monitors and beefed up computers so there is that.

Yeah I don't care about this either. If people want to cheat for their own personal gain when it doesn't effect me directly, more power to them. I like a challenge and just look at people who do this as lazy.

Forgive me if I overlooked this in another thread but I know for console, we had to wait. I just want to know if they will have online good to go from day 1 this time. In the event I decide to get the game, I want to make sure I buy it when online is available.

I don't really celebrate it. Not a drinker. Not into parties. I mean the only aspect of Halloween I enjoyed, I am too old for now. lol

I do both. For some games, PC is WAY better but the ease of console gaming and ability to just hook up with a party of friends is more convenient and appealing. For a game like this, I would rather be on console than PC.

I am debating on it for a few different reasons. I brought up the issue of hacking in another thread and it does indeed happen on console as well so I am kind of just hoping it isn't as bad as GTA V was. It is far easier to hack PC games and that can become an annoying problem. I feel like at this point, it is most certainly not worth the preorder. I will have to wait and see how online runs and then make my decision from there.

Would they be doing the screen shots on 4K with max settings? I can't imagine the overall look of the game improving that much. Maybe better light and shadow detailing but that is about it. The game looks stunning on console as is.

I am going to assume it will be an option on the day of release. Since they are running a special for the one deal being $60, it would be silly to have it as a preorder option. They are likely not showing it to avoid confusion and people later realizing they got ripped off. Expect the standard game on the day of release.

I was glad they added this feature, not that I have played online all that much, but it seems silly now to do it the way they did with GTA. I was hoping you can use the money you have for each character.

I don't remember crossover play being an option for GTA V online either but they still had this as an option. I don't know how many people actually play both. It seems like most people are either PC players or Console players. Some do both but it has to be a much smaller number.

What if you get the gut to start shooting at your first? Like after he kills the person he is arguing with, try to get him to fire at you. I don't know if this is possible and if it is, whether or not it would result in a charge on you but you can try.

So the basis I am gathering on the topic is that they are bound to have issues with hackers and people who generally exploit the game, we just don't know how bad it will be. I didn't really mess around too much online on RDR2 (console) because of the issues they were having when it first released. I am still on the fence here. I'll have to wait it out I think.

My favorite season for many reasons and one of them being fall brews. I usually get some real nice ones locally. I am a new fan of coffee brews being that I enjoy coffee quite a bit. Though it is not for everyone. My brother loves coffee more than I do and he thinks these brews taste like the back end of a horse in the summer heat, his words not mine. I don't know where anyone is located here but this is one of my favorites in NY:

The Kladruber seems to handle well to me. I mean it looks amazing and I prefer this style over the other horses but I don't think I would ever run it as my main horse. I mainly enjoy hunting and it can cause some issues for me with this.

I am hoping not. I mean it seemed pretty solid to me so if they changed it a lot, I think it would put people off. I know some changes are bound to happen since they are reworking the game to run on PC but major changes might hurt the game.

In GTA V, they allowed players to transfer their player from console to PC fairly easy. I am just wondering if this will be an option for RDR2. It isn't a deal breaker for me but it would be nice to be able to do this considered I spent a few months playing online earning some stuff.
