It is cheaper and more convenient for people to just play games on their phones I suppose. I am just not big on it myself, never have been. Only games I ever played on my phone was like trivia style games and draw something. I will play solitaire when I am waiting around for someone or waiting on something when I am out but yeah, that is it.

I have run across stuff similar to this. This is almost certainly players using mods to cheat. You have to report them when you come across them. PC is loaded with them in comparison because modding is easier to do and get away with on PC.

I never have plans for new years when they are rolling up on us. I kind of just take it like another day with new numbers at the end. I feel like if you set yourself to achieve goals only because it is a new year, you are bound to fail.

I thought he meant the decline of gaming in general like people aren't playing as much. Seems to be the complete opposite. So many people play these days. Interestingly enough, something he didn't touch on much (though I only skimmed the video) was about mobile gaming being the reason behind the shift we see today. Not the prime reason of course but a big enough one. Still though, mobile gaming is 70% female and console gaming is 80% male. Go figure.

Welcome back. Facebook in general sucks. I used it for like 5 minutes back in 2010 I think and got rid of it. Not for me. Can't imagine what a mess it is now. Why not just get your crew on here and set up a posse group section for you all?

Yup I can report the same issue for my friend. I seldom play in his posse but like 4 people were missing from the list even though we were all online and on the same server.

Yeah I know a few people who got a temporary 30 day ban simply because they were on the wrong server at the wrong time. They had no way of disproving they weren't involved and Rockstar had no way of knowing either so a group of like 10 or 12 people got banned.

This is an issue that I can't see them resolving anytime soon. Too many variations between monitors and computers for them to actually pin-point the problems.

I am guessing they will likely run an update in the future to make this more lively. I can't imagine it being at the top of their list right now what with all the bugs and issues players are experiencing right now.

I think it depends on the means of which people are doing this. The reason they ban people is likely down to keeping the game on a fair playing level. I have been part of online games where this kind of stuff didn't get you banned and the lobbies died fast because no one could do anything against people who got fully stocked up with gear, money, etc. with minimal work.

Unless you find the nuggets (100 make a gold bar) or find physical bars in game, they won't show in your inventory.

Was going to say the same thing. I think in most cases, the big updates will likely include new weapons. Unless we get specialty weapons added though, I can't see them adding in new ammo.

Why did you decide to cease recruitment in GTAO, and move forward in RDO only?

I am speaking in regards to Thanksgiving and Christmas. I would imagine not everyone here is from the US so if you are not, just share what you do on Christmas. For thanksgiving, this year we aren't doing much of anything which kind of sucks. I mean, I am normally not the family gathering kind of person but I was expecting to at least get together and do the normal family even we do each year. It will just end up being me, my girlfriend, and my immediate family minus my dad who has to work. As for Christmas, I will be going to my grandparents early in the day and then spending the evening with my girl's family. I will be able to get two Christmas dinners this year so I am pretty excited about that.

Since I am still waiting to get RDR2 for PC through Steam (Hurry it up Rockstar!! lol), I thought I would make a few threads to get to know everyone a bit more. Anyways, does anyone here have any tattoos? I have been thinking of getting one. As of now, I don't have any. I am the kind of person who needs to take time before I commit to anything, likely why I still don't have any even though I have wanted one since I was 15. I am thinking of drawing up my own thing, maybe getting it on my calf. That is a good place to get them from what I hear, and I won't have to worry about it at work. I don't wear shorts ever there so no one would even know I had one.

I am still waiting. I check every day and I have not heard anything about it since they announced it a month or so ago. I still don't see it up on Steam either which is worrying me. I am wondering if it will end up getting delayed even further. Usually, by now, the game would at least be showing up and not available to purchase yet.

I watched a few side by side comparisons of the game and they really did clean up a lot of details in the game. It almost feels like the release of both graphics was like 5 years apart with the changes.

Make sure your video drivers are up to date. This is a common issue in some games when they are not if they happen to still let you run them. Try resetting your graphics settings to default in the game as well.

I kind of figured this would be the case. In my experience, this is one of the few perks consoles do have over PC gaming. It sucks but what ya going to do? If you both still are invested in the game come summer time, I am sure Steam will be running a sale for it.
