I can't find anywhere??

Yeah, they're weird. Just had my horse kick another player (that was quite funny) because he got too close- but was totally unable to calm him until I rode him for a bit - calm and pat did nothing at all.

There is some bug here. Every time I increased my bond it said Level 1 on screen, aver the right level in menu. Even after I got it to level 4 it still said after a while, level 1 achieved. On menu it now says level 4, but diagrammatically puts 1. No idea what level my horse at!

Sometime sees it doesn't seem to work. Park your horse directly in front, try again later - it might work better.

For those who want to make good lookers (I just went ugly), maybe this helps:

Someone else just grief killed me while i was skinning an animal. I chased him all over the map (he had to kill me three time) until he quit and he disappeared. I suggest that everytime anyone trolls you, you harass them continually as punishment. You can even write down their names and make it a mission to kill them or ruin their missions everytime you see them on the map. Lol

Cool, but 200 is a lot to form a posse.

Got trolled for the first time tonight. Someone noticed I was looking at the map so they lassoed me off my horse and killed me. So I had to kill them five times in a row to teach them a lesson. After the first three times I think he just let me. Part of me was tempted to keep killing him until he quit the game ... I have all night, lol

Silly question: how do I start a posse and invite people?

Sooooo... Over an hour later and I still can't find the Bards Crossing treasure box (and I checked the 3 locations posted online). Ugh. Is every treasure hunt this annoying? The areas given a pretty large.

It seems really hard to ever get any! Everything is expensive and you get not a lot from stuff. Anyone found the most profitable methods of getting dosh?

Bizarre ... Maybe inthe future you can pay for a 'good looking' DLC?

Sounds fun, but did you ever find out what to do with pelts? So far my session has consisted of staring at a screen telling me 'coming soon'.

My best advice is getting t he guide which shows flow charts of the missions and how they unlock optional missions and when they go away.

I feel ya. Oh - the gambling challenges - how I hated those! Rant indeed! Even though I lucked out compared to many - they were damn painful and took ages.

I'm in the middle of chapter 6, after about 160 hours. I've been doing every optional mission, stranger mission, stranger encounter, camp item requests, moving event mission, and stranger interaction. Although I've done most eatser eggs, hissen sites, and four of the item collection quests (dreamcatchers, gunslingers, cigarette cards, rock carvings), and progressed somewhat on challenges and other things required for 100% completion, I'm mostly leaving those things for after-story game play, because I don't actually intend to play through the main story more than once. My plan is basically: go through the story once only, doing every side quest as I go, in white hat mode before online comes out. Then, post-story, do all the requirements (collectables, challenges etc) for the 100% and all other achievement trophies very slowly over time (in black hat mode), as well as checking off any remaining Easter eggs. Slowly, because post-story I intend to sink my time mostly into online for a while.

I rant at NPCs all the time.
