I have a question... Why? Why four players? Doesn't that seem like overkill to anyone else on here? I mean 3 is pushing it but it can be enjoyable. More than 3 is just too many without the game being co-op. IF the game is co-op, 4 or even 6 would be fine.

Pretty much. Sucks too cause had there been a more mature player base which is what the game is for anyways, I bet more adult players would have still been playing. I don't know many who still do aside from Youtubers and Twitch Streamers.

Yeah just follow that thread if you want to see anything that is not confirmed. They they try to dig everything up and compile it in one spot.

I think we should be expecting a new trailer soon or at the very least more screen shots. I would love to see a trailer but as it was mentioned by others on the forum, they will likely hold out till the fall.

This does not surprise me one bit. Most players these days want the option to play with other people and when you can do so online, it is all the more fun. I am one of few who still prefer a good story line in single player over multiplayer any day but having the option is nice.

Yeah Sony beat them to the punch. I feel like maybe Microsoft thought this game would not be worth it but I feel like they will regret it when it comes out. I have a feeling this one will bring in an even larger fan base.

Console gaming has improved a lot and while they are no where near matching a gaming PC, they are at least heading in that direction. PC gaming will always be a step above and beyond them though which is why a lot of people stopped bothering with caring about the details or specs and just buy the games for exclusives. Even if I became a PC die-hard, I would still get the current consoles for the console only games I want to play. Graphics aren't that important to me.

Hmm... Well I am getting my dad a knife set. He was an avid hunter when he was younger so he has a collection of guns and knives. He still collects them. Maybe get him something he can collect or has already started collecting?

Limited Swimming Say you are out in the water and have to retrieve something. I know a lot of people back then didn't know how to swim and those who did would become quickly exhausted. Instead of drowning out right, allow a period of time to be in deep water. You can allow this to be based on endurance as well. Say you mainly travel by horse, your time spent in deep water would be a lot less than someone who spent more time on foot.

Xbox may get thrown a bone closer to the release date but nothing as good I am sure. Rockstar games have always had larger sales with Sony so it is no surprise they are getting special treatment but I do like this. Having a co-op option allows people to play the game a different way. I mean I would have more fun with the game being able to play with a friend.

I feel like there will be people like this popping up until they say NO flat out. I don't recall them saying never. I mean, they could release on in 2019. The consoles will get the main focus for an entire year and they would be able to profit on another market.

I am almost 100% certain that these characters match up 100%. No one knows who we will be able to play as but I see them in each one.

What are some good movies to watch with someone who says they don't like movies? Strange question, I know. I am trying to prove a point here. If a movie is THAT good, then anyone (even someone who claims to hate them) would enjoy it.

Any of the newer HTC phones are pretty top notch. I would say look into ones from 2015/2016. Can probably find one in your price range.

The overuse of "trendy" tattoos. I can't stomach it. People seem to be getting the same crap inked on them as so many other people these days... From tribal to arrows, to stupid band logos. Makes no sense. It is like this hip and trendy thing that people in their 20's will regret when they are in their 50's and their teenage kids are embarrassed of their parent's ink. Don't get me wrong... I like tats, I have a few myself but they all have meaning and they were all hand drawn not picked off a wall.

I think the Far Cry games are decent but they are not comparable to RDR for its fan base. I know they will have the same feel but I don't think it will take any shine from RDR2... then again... I hope not.

In the late 1800's a lot of gambling was being done by the Native Americans. I know there were some in RDR but what can we expect to see in RDR2? I was thinking that since the game would likely date back to around 1870ish and we will see more of their influences in the game. Specially when it comes to money and gambling. Maybe we can get a bit more "history" with them throughout the new story. I would be down for that.

I think this is in terms of guessing what it will be based on the old one but still, I can't grade my expectations I can just say they are pretty high up there.

I wouldn't mind seeing some heavily detailed "treasure hunts" in RDR2. I am talking about some really extensive work and having the hidden treasure be well worth finding. Something that can maybe unlock a secret cut scene or something with in the game.

I always had a weak spot for a bad guy turned good so naturally got invested quite easily.
