I am serious. I highly doubt it will be out this year. GTA V was announced like nearly 2 years before it was released if I am not mistaken.

I sure hope so. I hope they are just adding more things to do in the game. It is likely down to being online related which makes me more hopeful that the multiplayer aspect will be amazing.
