Lately my sleep has been all over the place. Like today, I woke up early, but just two days ago, I slept in to nearly 1PM.

I find that when the summer is ending I had the most issues with sleep and sticking to a real schedule.

I try to be sleeping before 2AM for the sake of my job but there are times I go in with little to no sleep. I am working on it all. I have a horrible dependency with energy drinks that I need to cut out to fix my sleep.

I used to have bad sleeping hours, but now I force myself to sleep so that I don't regrettably feel like crap the next day.

It can be difficult to get to sleep, though.  Using the computer, TV or cell phone at night certainly doesn't help.  I use the Night Light feature on Win10 at night, and I believe there's a similar feature on Android phones.

There is a night feature? I been using Flux this whole time not knowing this... LOL Where is it? I want to see what it looks like.

Yep.  I was using Flux, too, until Windows just integrated it in the OS.

If you open your notification panel, it should be one of the new tiles called "Night light".

My job requires me to get up at the crack of stupid....5am.  I always fall asleep fast, around 9:30, but I never sleep more than 2 or 3 hours, then I'm awake for an hour or 2 at least.  Sadly, sleeping in for me on Sat and Sun is now 8am lol Once RDR II comes out though, sleep patters will change from acceptable to irresponsible due to staying up late to play this game lol I apologize to my boss in advance for coming in like a zombie for some time once this game is released.

Most days I have no issues sleeping while every now and then (perhaps once or twice a week) I just can't sleep after around midnight. The nice thing is that one night like this means that the following night I will sleep better than ever before.

So what do you do in these hours where everyone else is fast asleep?

My sleep always changes. I never work steady hours day in and out. Most of the time it is stable but it changes every so many weeks. I work as a security guard at a hospital. So sometimes I am working daytime, nighttime, and even graveyard shifts.

I work odd hours. I work as a nurse so sometimes I am working the graveyard shift. It is a bit of a mess right now, always is this time of year. I adjust with coffee and naps.
