I hate the cold...

I don't know about you guys, but I live in Michigan. It is freaking cold here. You know what happens when it gets cold enough to snow? My hands turn into ice in and outdoors. It sucks cause I cant play games long or sit at my computer long. It just becomes painful. So yeah I hate the cold. Give me 50 degree weather 24/7.

I live in the NY area, and we got a wiff of that cold front, too.  Wind chill was 27 degrees today.

What did I do?  I went out and ran a few miles in it.  lol

My BF is the same way. He has to get a workout in no matter what the weather. He has played basketball when there was snow on the ground. We are in North Carolina. I don't mind the cold myself but I would much rather be somewhere warmer.

I've experienced living in quite a few different areas in the US and I must admit one of the places I loved living the most was up north. I enjoy the cold and the snow. I guess it isn't for everyone. I don't have issues with my hands getting cold ever but my mate does and he smokes. Do you smoke? Could be why.

I live in Michigan too.  I moved there from Canada last year.  We seem to get more snow here, but Canada (at least the area I am from) gets a lot colder.  Up in Canada some days I could not open my car door.  I don't really hate winter all that much, except the driving. That's my biggest reason for hating winter.

Winter is a pain when you have to travel in it. We don't get a lot of snow here but it happens enough to cause issues. People drive like they never drove every year when it gets cold out.

Why not use a small space heater? Like if you are sitting at your desk or when you are playing a game, whatever. My house is like a heat box year round. We don't see cold temps here unless it is at night and even then, it don't last long.

Join the club. This might not have anything to do with the cold but the lack of sun light. The less sunlight you get, the less dopamine your body produces and one key sign it is not making enough is cold hands and feet. Ha. Science. My hands hurt...

I'm indifferent about it all because I spend most of my life indoors anymore. I think that is both a bad and a sad thing really. I am going to make a point to go outside more when it warms up again... After I beat RDR2 and play a good 5 months of it online that is... Oh... Wait... Well, maybe 2019 is my year!

lmao me too! Once this game comes out, the only sunlight  I will see is when I am on my way home from work, and when my wife opens the door to go out for groceries on the weekend!
