And Rockstar Support's suggestion for Seamus' missing table is to reload my save.

Yeah, because I've been continuously playing the game since early November when I first noticed this without shutting it down even once. But at least they didn't tell me to clear my cache.

OP, I hope you don't mind me discussing my own experiences with Support here. I figure one thread is better than two.

I've said about all I'm going to say on the state of this game and I think all day one players have come to realization that bug fixes will be slow,  content will be drip fed and when the fixes and content come it will cause new issues. I really don't expect a major bug fix till March.

 

I think it should be clarified that when you talk  R* support, you're actually talking to an outsourced 3rd party customer service company,  Zendesk. Level 1support is pretty far removed from the actual management team at R*. (Ie.  Look at the bottom of the email you receive from them...says powered by Zendesk). I would take anything they tell you with a grain of salt.  

 

Only thing this game has going in it's favor right now  is that the games I'm looking forward to all got delayed...cyberpunk and avengers. 

 

The 211 day streak and interactive moonshine events are the only thing keeping me going when their are no animals in basic free roam.  Plus I deliver $240 moonshine (1 bottle broken when driving over a twig)and get paid $38...why bother

Given that I am one of the "lucky" ones and can't take two steps in Bayou Nwa without having to check for alligators to be safe, I shudder to think what an over abundance of them would look like.

I know some people who do it for charity purposes. Can't hate on that but all those people on Tumblr who start chewing on dead animals and humping each other in the park clearly have mental illnesses. It is one thing to cosplay, this is a whole other ballpark.

I appreciate that.

The expectation that the fix was incoming days ago was based on an assumption from a response. Obviously, it didn't come with the Tuesday bonuses and such. Those don't usually come with patches anyhow so it wasn't surprising.

IMO, folks should simply take this exchange at face value. If true, then they are working on it. We don't have a date though so anything suggesting when it's coming out is purely speculation at this point. 

Personally, I wouldn't get your hopes up until there is something official.

yes do NOT bother to report bugs to them on the website.

their reply will allways be clear your cache. if that dont solve the issue they will not say anyting else exept: please add a youtube video of the issue. (and they refuses to open anything but youtube videos)

if you dont do that the ticket will be automaticly cloused after 2 or 3 days.

 

just spam their twitter or something like that.
