How will the train/s work?

I have an idea!

What if u could get a personalized wagon in the train? 

 

We all know that the map of RedDead2 will be even bigger than GTAVs and a horse isnt the fastest way to cross the country. So we will probably use the train quite often (R* already approved that the train is usable for travelling)

 

How cool would it be to hang around in a privat wagon with different styles?!

To chill with some friends in online without having trouble?!

Also i hope theres no animation or something like that when driving, would be better if you could run around and do some stoff inside (like robbing people? :-)

Really they can do something like this. Like you can have your gang logo painted on the side of a train cart. I am not sure how well this would work though if there are only 2 or 4 trains for the entire map and like 40+ people on the same server.

I don't know if they would do all that but it would be cool if you could own a train eventually. Like if you have tons of money to blow. Make it some insane amount that will take players a long time to acquire.

No thanks!  I will make do without the train.  If they want that much for a train, I would hate to think how much they would want for a horse.  And @ $4 a bank robbery, I would die more then I would ever make.

I mean according to the times, I would guess the average small bank to hold around $10,000. Back then, that was a lot. I think the average bank today holds well over a million.

Well, look at how much a heist cost in GTAO vs items you can buy.  How many jobs does it take before you can buy the latest and the greatest?

I hope with the need for a train it will show how truly big the map is. The wagon/stagecoach was more like a fast travel/taxi will a train you can still move and have fun with. rob it when you are close to your destination. 

What I want to see with trains is that we can blow up train bridges and just watch the train go over. Being evil was fun and you got special achievements. like the one for tying a woman to the train tracks and seeing her get ran over

I remember the train on RDR1 but I always took the taxi or rode their on horse because there was nothing to do on the train. With the new system we could have whole conversions on the train ride or look out and see nice scenery that will change over time and not the same old cacti .

So say there are like 4 running trains for the entire map and each server can hold like 40 to 50 players... That is going to be one hell of a mess!

They just announced today that PS4 is being built for 32 player maps.

yeah what bropollocreed79 said: they stated on the Red Dead Redemption ps4 pro bundle that its going to be 4k compatible and 105GB file size and holds 32 players and ps4 players will also recieve excluslive online dlc 30 days before xbox one
