  1. I saw a video and they hit the hammer and it did actually touch the round. Pew! no toes. As long as they don't have flying horses that lock onto you it's all fine by me

  2. Yes, most people would use their 6 shooter as a 5 shooter. The logic being the firing pin (mounted directly on the hammer) shouldn’t be resting on the primer of a round while you are move it about, working, riding etc. as for this being a good gun... well, there is a reason they all went the wayside in favour of cartridge guns... but who knows how it’ll turn out in rockstar’s video game version? They aren’t exactly on a good track record of reproducing these firearms in a historically accurate way...

  3. I doubt it... they describe it as: Purchase a Moonshining Shack and you will be on your way. To passers-by, the Shack is an unassuming dwelling, the main floor acting as a front with all the details of an ordinary homestead. The basement, however, is where you'll ultimately get down to business. I Just don’t see how you can have an unassuming dwelling with a basement as part of your camp.

  4. well... i don't want to do the same, but that's the only option that they let me use in my posse right now *UPDATE* ok. looks like there's a thing called "reform posse" that allowed me to change settings again. i think that all is working now. well... i hope so

  5. Have to buy the Trader role first. Then go to your camp & access the wilderness outfitters. Select equipment & here you can buy the stew pot for $650.00. Then you can make superior stew with big game meat. It take 3 big game meat to make the stew.

  7. This is the first DLC I am looking forward to in this game. I have liked some of the other stuff they added but this has interested me the most.

  8. Glad that I bought it. Ranking up is slow until you buy the wagon. I'm currently at Trader Rank 8 and my overall rank is now at 34.

  9. No, the other player could not have picked them up, or stolen them. They can see them flashing. Which probably led them to think it was valuable to them. Worst they can do is keep killing you preventing you from completing the mission within the time limit.

  10. News Update: I found the following post on Reddit and I can not say if this is an authentic leak, but let's hope that it is and that RockStar does this revolver right with muzzleloading animation. It came up when I was searching for information on delivery wagons of all things. The caption was "You did good R*!'. Please be true!.

  11. The difference between the inner core & your outer core is that you can progress the outer core & increase the half circle to a full circle. To do this for your health / heart is to fish. To increase your stamina just sprint around with your character. For your dead eye kill enemies or skin animals. The max level for your outer core is 10, you can check your progression by opening the pause menu / click player / select your player / click either health, stamina or dead eye. Here you will see progression & what level you are on. When depleting your outer core you will have no side effect from that. But once you deplete your inner core you will notice your screen changing colors & fading in & out. Obvious your inner health core depleted means your dead. Depleting your inner stamina means your tired & will move sluggish. depleting your dead eye means you will be less accurate using a gun. The outer cores can be buffed to gold by using tonics which will make the outer cores last longer. The inner cores can be buffed too. By eating big game meats cooked with specific herbs. Thyme big game will give you gold dead eye core. Oregano big game will give you gold stamina core & minty big game will give you gold health core. If you have the Trader role you can buy the stew pot & cook recipes. Cripps special & superior stew will fully restore all inner cores to gold for up to 3 in-game days.

  12. That treasure chest gave you an ability card coupon. They want you to select and equip an ability card to move on.

  13. I read this thread a few days ago. I thought "Man, glad I haven't had this issue!" Then I bought a Missouri Fox Trotter and discovered he cannot climb slopes that ALL of my other horses can climb. One in particular is along the waypoint path up in Ambarino in the snow. There is no "road" per se. You're just going on faith and the minimap that you can climb the snow bank on a wild slant in that spot. I know it's only this horse in particular because twice now, I've dismissed him and called one of my other horses, a top-tier Criollo and he climbs it no problem. Also, I don't think it's the breed either. My friend has a Missouri Fox Trotter she's had for months and he can climb the slopes too. I think it's a bug with whatever your "newest" horses are. I remembered this thread after. I think I will write Rockstar Support as well. Thanks for posting this as a heads up!

  14. Quite honestly, I never could get into the old Online. The current version is much more immersive to me. And yes, I do agree it would be a little better without ability cards and explosive ammo (or at least make explosive ammo so difficult to make you can ever really only get a small handful at a time). But I won’t go as far as to say it’s unbalanced... Just a little too over the top. Personally I’d he happy with a pocket full of plain old lead bullets and the ability to kill or be killed by a well placed shot by anyone... But I’ll take it as it is when it means I can make my customized character and carve out my own little immersive fake outlaw life in the old west.

  15. Camp seems to have improved since last update - I can actually get one occasionally now, though there are times that I click the icon, get the message that Cripps is setting it up, then 10 seconds later he decides to tear it down. Since I was finally able to spawn one and start the trader missions, it has improved thankfully, as I was about to give up with the camp being so important to trader missions. As for blackjack, plays fine in story mode, but tables are still entirely empty and seem to be just scenery in online mode

  16. First off yes it is worth it. Your posse can use it. I love it, one of the best things I ever bought in game, saves me tons of time. I enjoy being out doing multiple things, realize I have a full load so Ill drop in camp from any fast travel post, drop off everything, energize my guy, then hit the post to go right back to where I left off, plus many other examples of ways I use it. Money is really flowing in this game once you get the collector role, even the trader, so my advice is yes, buy it as soon as you can.
