So, I usually send Rockstar a note once a week after a Tuesday update bothering them about the current state of the game, pestering them about communicating better with us. I had said to them, you put out a newswire weekly yet say nothing about the number 1 question from nearly every player currently playing the online game, when are you goign to fix this issue? what are you trying? when will you try it? why wont you try these suggestions,? etc.... and I usually get the exact same reply, stay tuned, we are aware, etc.... Well after a lengthy back and forth with them last week that lasted til today, after explaining to them that fixing gold glitches and ignoring animal spawns is discouraging for players, preventing solo lobbys yet immediately fixing a duplication glitch isnt a good look. anyway, my last reply from Rockstar came this morning, in it they said this, I am going to copy paste their words. " we would like to inform you that these issues will be fix along with new patch," Now, we were talking about Tuesday's weekly updates just before this, so to me and I said this to them, it looks as though he is saying this weeks update may contain a bug fix for the animal spawns and server issues. I cant be sure obviously for all I know he meant a patch that is coming down the road or in a certain amount of time, but it does give me hope. It is the first time they ever said anything other than the same old nonsense, stay tuned, we are aware of the problem etc.. I had made suggestions, create a "Hunting mode" and allow players to join a session that is capped with 12 players and a 48 hour in game time frame, then booting them back to the server they were on prior to starting the mode, or just limit servers to 12 and see what happens, etc.. as well as several other ideas we floated, but in the end, they never tried anything, rather they are working on it on their end and hopefully will roll it out to us very soon, I feel like it is too good to be true that it will be tomorrow so I am not getting too excited, but it might be. Let's wait and see what tomorrow brings. Tomorrow does bring to those of us on XbX the new added content for both online and story mode that pc and ps4 got a month ago, so there is that, but who knows, perhaps we will be lucky and they will also roll out a fix for the animal spawns, fingers crossed.1 point

I found her initially she has an icon on the map, but once you go see her it disappeared and now I cant find her. So, I started both the bounty hunter and trader then I went and saw the gypsy lady and she gave me something to go look for, I had to go to three spots on the map and find these cards, now after I have done that, I cant find her, she isn't on the map anywhere. There is a daily challenge that says Sell x number of items to Madam Nadar, or whatever her name is, BUT I don't know where she is. Where does she go after your first encounter with her? Has anyone else tried this yet, or has anyone done today's daily challenge to sell her an item? I just gave up for now, figured I woudl take a break and post to see if anyone can help me find her. Thanks for any information Lump UPDATE:: So, I found this on GTA forums. "There is a bug where Madam Nazar will not appear on the map but she will still be there if you go to her location in-game:" So I found my answer but I think maybe it is a good idea to leave this up for others, anyone who does the first mission for her is going to have the same issue.1 point

Muffins almost always have fruit or other "treats" to them. Cupcakes are nothing more than cupped cakes. Mini standard birthday cakes with frosting.1 point

I have one of those keychain ones that came with an Alien Quadrilogy blu-ray box set I bought, but that's it. Never felt a strong urge to start collecting. I have a pretty kick ass collection of Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and Greenlight cars, though.1 point

.....we use the term "muffins" in the U.S. too. Blueberry muffins are one of my favorites as well as banana nut. Cupcakes are, well....muffin-like cakes as far as I'm concerned, usually topped with frosting, etc. I'm not a big cupcake nor regular cake fan myself. I'm sure there are ones that blur the lines though.1 point

Yeah there really should be an option to cook it and break it down to smaller pieces but at least you can get money for them. Better than nothing.1 point

Right on, no problem at all - we are all here to help each other and yes, thankfully they didn’t go overboard with it... totally get why you were checking...1 point

Not sure if this will help anyone else, but figured I'd share anyway. With the recent lack of animals, and being rank 330+ with 550 gold and $115K I had to find some incentive to play for more than a quick daily, so I decided to max out all 140 collections(figured it can't hurt to be sitting on about $45K and 210,000 experience lol). About 95% done, but for the past 4 days I've been unable to get the 1792 quarter(apparently a somewhat common glitch???). Map has the correct location, metal detector goes bezerk, but no dig prompts and I definitely only had 6 of them in inventory. Tried everything...leaving the area...switching sessions...even tried dynamiting the spot since someone online said they fixed it that way. No luck. Turns out the only fix is to sell an entire coin collection. Annoying fix as I now have to grab 14 other coins again, but it worked. Not sure if this glitch effects any other collectibles, but if so, sell a set and try again.1 point

It will still end up inferior to RDR2 is many ways, especially with how "alive" it is. GTA5 was the same in comparison to RDR1. Where you would continually have random ambushes by bandits, happening upon stagecoaches or wagons being robbed, people running up to you asking you to help their wife or brother who's about to be hanged by bandits, or shootouts between bandits and treasure hunters, all of GTA5's random events were one-off happenings except the same cut-and-paste muggings and armored car robberies.1 point

All you can do is sell it. It's always baffled me that you can't break it down for several fillets. Big fish are just something fun to catch, not even worth the money really imo. I always just caught several other fish in the time it took to reel in one of those.1 point

So murdering dozens of federal agents at a time while selling illegal substances isn’t outlaw enough? LOL... yeah, I do get what you mean, I’m just bugging you. I’m sure there will be some kind of robber roles or jobs coming at some point in the future1 point

The most important thing is starting off with a character that has traits that you want to end with. If I created another character with the same sliders with whatever the game gives me, the end result would not be the same. What took the most time was me having to keep backing out of the online menu and restarting until I got a character that I wanted to start adjusting sliders.1 point

Madam Nazar is in a different location every day. Fellow forum members are doing an excellent job of keeping track of her location here. As for your trader "problem", when production stops when you're out of materials, you must go hunting and supply Cripps with more unskinned animal carcasses and pelts and to a lesser extent, other animal materials like teeth, feathers horns and claws. Being out of supplies is completely different. When production is halted when you are out of supplies, that's when you have the option of going on a supply run mission or buying more supplies.1 point

Welcome to the forums Enoch. If we're going to hint at our age, I've been gaming since before mainstream consoles. Lots of quarters spent on pinball and early arcade games in the local hangouts. My first console was the Bally Arcade and then the Commodore 64 which led into PC gaming. .....well, actually that was probably my friends Osborne computer that was responsible for that. .....had an Intellivision somewhere in between all that and played a lot on my friends Atari. My first "real" PC I bought myself was around $2k IIRC and had a 386DX processor in it. Stopped building PCs and switched back over to console after the PS3 hit. There's actually quite a few in the same boat on this forum. ....lot's of what you might call "mature" members here.1 point
