...3 gig update that is supposed to fix animals fixes nothing....lol They might as well add the beta tag back to this game. This game actually worked better during the beta. Since the update. I had 3 loading screens get stuck while joining free roam. And 3 games I joined had ZERO gators in the swamps. At this point, R* should not allow players with strict or moderate nat settings, slow internet speeds and wifi users from joining free roam. This game relies heavily on good internet with open nat settings for this game to function properly. OR actually add dedicated servers...

Stability improvements as well as animals issue improvements. 3.70gb for ps4. Downloaded it. Installed. Logged. 0 animals and cripps and shack are gone too. Thank you.

I did both outlaw passes and loved loads of the free stuff I unlocked with them. Yes, I made my gold back but that was secondary. If you play enough to make it work then you'll get rich in due course anyway. If you don't play enough to make it back then you don't need the gold anyway. But as @Herta47 said, they add to the fun and bring some cool stuff.

The reason some people use a specific horse for hunting is because it likely scares the least of their stable. I find the Arabian to be the best overall. If you are lucky enough to find a white one in the wild, that should be your main horse.

Unfortunately, no. I heard about being able to change your region or something like that. The guy made it sound easy but you know how that goes. .....rarely things work out that well for me.

James hicok_1837 I always carry the. Lot action with me also just use shotgun for up close have all the upgrades for both so either works. I’m pretty much only dealing with npcs so far I carry the bolt action in case of player attacks

As mentioned, the gold makes it worth it if you intend on plating a lot. If you are very casual and won't be playing as much, it can take too long and you'll lose out on the chance to make it back.
