Great news, glad to help. Hope you continue enjoying the game now. It's pretty sucky without the sounds.

Try a full power cycle on the console. Just pressing the power button doesn't do this entirely. Either pull the power cord when the console is "off" and wait for two minutes or press the xbox button on the console and hold it for ten seconds (which forces a full shutdown). https://uk.ign.com/wikis/xbox-one/How_to_Clear_Cache_on_Xbox_One_X Try doing this before contacting Rockstar, as they'll probably ask you to do this first. Turning a computer off and back on again does solve 99% of problems (allegedly).

What major items do you see coming?

If you've already played the game, then you won't be able to wangle a return/refund. To be honest, I don't believe that the additional content for the Special Edition is really that compelling enough to pay extra for it. Looting to get money is part of the fun of the game You can get by with a base level horse for the majority of the game You get one more treasure and one more hideout with the special edition You get a costume with the special edition You get a trinket with a marginal effect There isn't really anything there that significantly enhances your enjoyment of the game (at least in my opinion).

As stated, it should revert back to the original location after a few days. For reference, you should always skin your legendary animals as soon as you kill them. There's no benefit at all in carrying them on your horse. If you get killed before you deliver the pelt to the trapper, the pelt will automagically get delivered to the trapper.

Like I said, complete the game...

Thanks guys, seems fair enough to me. I think next I'm going to finish the next episode of Life is Strange 2 (I have no idea, but I just love those games), and then go back to RDR2 and get myself attacked by another 10 grizzlies (that's an achievement that I missed getting for some reason). Then I might come back to TD2, or I might detox with something else entirely.

Only when they're wrong...!

RDR2 seems to know what you're hunting, and then shows you everything except the species you want. So, before you start looking, just tell your console that you're looking for Western Ravens. That should do the trick.

I've not really gelled with Division 2 after playing it for a while. The skills/commendations/mods/equipment thing is just complicated and bewildering to me, the combat seems to be entirely based around cover transitioning and pumping bad guys full of lead. The cover system lends itself well to steath attacks, but doesn't. For all of the protagonist's athleticism, there's no thought of hand-to-hand fighting or sticking a knife into the back of someone's neck. The protagonist never speaks. The voice acting and pacing of the cut scenes seem atrificial and stilted when compared with the fluidity and naturalness of RDR2. Respawns are confusing. Sometimes I resawn in place, sometimes I have to respawn back at base and restart the side mission all over again. I will probably circle back to this game, but for now I'm not finding it that enjoyable. I can see why the level of detail and the depth of the missions are attractive to people, but not to me, not yet.

Buell is the best horse in the game.

Yes it was patched. but there's plenty of gold out there if you want to find and follow the treasure maps. Not that you really need the money in the first part of the story - that easy gold bar should be enough to start with.

So, I got The Division 2 to play after RDR2. Made it up to Level 4 so far after a couple of sessions. I got reminded immediately about how well Rockstar has done with RDR2. The Division doesn't have the glorious graphics, it doesn't have the personality of the story, and is over-complicated in terms of the resource management aspect. I do like the cover transitions though - they're pretty neat.

To force respawning, save your game, exit to the main menu and load again. To be on the safe side, I'd sleep again after the game has loaded. Note that some animals are only active at certain times of day/night.

GTA-VI is kinda doubtful. From what I read RDR2 involved most of Rockstar's devs for eight years. GTA-V is still wildly popular, and I keep seeing more updates/stuff in Rockstar's Twitter feed.

You can't shoot them from afar. You have to go into the fields and track them down before you can kill them. Once you know where they are, you can run to their location and find them fairly quickly. A melee takedown seems the quickest option, and you only need the first two.

I really wish I had video'd Dutch face-planting himself into the "Welcome to Lemoyne" sign while he was busy lecturing Arthur on his (Arthur's) lack of vision.

Nope. Each save game is a different game.

That’s the Legend of the East outfit. So that’s all the challenges done.

Work until I can’t work any more. Then watch TV.

It's a bit of a ride, but there's an owl that reliably spawns on a rock to the south of Fairwale Shanty (North of the O in "Amberino"). It spawns there in good weather between 8 and 9 pm. It's a Coastal Horned Owl, so it makes sense to study it before you kill it. I've also seen one at night on top of Fort Brennand.

This trophy is worth 20G and is currently listed on XBox Live as "Rare" (0.36% of players have earned it so far). However, earning this trophy is easy, so don't let the rarity put you off going for it. Preparation: Make a manual save if you want to preserve your honor (it'll take a big hit) and money (at least $1,000 in bounty will be earned) If you care about your horse, get another one (ideally, stealing one) Time required : About 30-40 minutes Doing the deed: You only need four states to get the trophy: Ambarino New Hanover Lemoyne West Elizabeth New Austin isn't needed. It doesn't matter if you die during raising these bounties - in fact it's easier to let yourself get killed as you won't have to waste time trying to escape. Start in Amberino. Since there's no major towns, the easiest way to raise a bounty is to kill someone and tie the corpse onto the back of your horse and let another rider see it. Let them ride off to report you. Wait around in the red part of the map until the white hats arrive and shoot them (and their horses if you like). Then wait for more to show up and kill them. After the third group of cops, you should have your $250 or more. Ride to St Annesburg and shoot up the town there. $250 bounty should come fairly quickly. Ride to St Denis and do the same there - near Algernon's place is good as cops don't like rich folk getting shot. Ride to Strawberry and do the same there. This will get you the $250 each for all four states. You can now either get to the wilderness and hope you don't get caught by bounty hunters, or you can do it the easier way. If you're in the Epilogue, just ride to John's home and fast-travel to Rhodes If you're Arthur, just ride to Rhodes. Or take the stagecoach, if that's available. Check into the saloon and rent a room. Sleep until you can't sleep any more, and then play blackjack for a few hands. Then go back to your room and sleep some more. Bounty hunters won't track you down if you're in a place of residence. With enough sleeping, the trophy should pop. You can then either reload your previous save, or just pay off the bounty and work on doing good deeds to get your honor back up (if you want to). It's that easy - it's just ride, shoot, ride, shoot, ride, shoot, ride, shoot, ride, sleep, sleep, sleep, kaching!

For gambler 8, I just spammed the ‘hit me’ button whenever I got a score of 17 or less. If I got a high deal or someone else hit 21, I just quit the game and immediately rejoined. I eventually got the three hands. I think this is the worst of the gambler challenges because it’s so random. Probably the worst challenge in the whole game.

Wow. Division 2 seems like it’s half modding/configuration and half shooting stuff. That makes Red Dead look positively simple. Can I just play Division 2 with a Litchfield repeater with express rounds please?
