When you go into tack it will list all the saddles, just choose the saddle & stirrups you own then make the horse active.

I only use explosive ammo on griefers or dynamite arrows when they know you're carrying that the soon disappear.

Never Without One Card or any card bothers me as explosive ammo will take them out with one shot. I use Slow And Steady & I'm not a griefer if we see a single player on a mission that's being attacked we help them out.
