pretty much same mindset as mentioned above until I saw this tonight. Kinda does get me angry since I'm getting like $40 and he's got over $200 on the ground. But I don't cheat as earning and accomplishment is what I want from this game. Since the defensive mode update earning cash is easy uninterrupted farming except for the stray idiot who hits me and runs away before 30 seconds are up. Biggest thing is that last 5 years or so almost every game I've played has had hackers or God mods and some companies try to patch them, some do bans, some do nothing. Personally I wish they would ban them since they probably won't ever spend a $ on the game, but I figure they'll get bored eventually and move on.

The only thing I probably could of added is that when I jumped I hit square to jump and triangle to mount while in the air and it worked. Idk I had a full blooper reel and couple of near death experiences b4 it worked See if it comes around again. Probably is bugged , whole game is prepetual Beta

I also play as a female character and you won't see a change in weight unless you look (I do think the tush sometimes does get a little larger though) R* CS told me that it was a bug sometime back but I think it's more of a get you to spend resources thing gone haywire and subtle way to get you out and about. I could be wrong though. I was overweight for like 3 weeks and my girl seriously had no stanima... but I think I figured it out (with the help of this forum). If you spend too much time at camp or eat big game or other meats that highly or moderately raise the cores your character going to be overweight. Staying out of camp for a few days and running seems to be the biggest thing that makes you loose weight. Drinking and Low quality meat only when the cores are almost drained. I've been out of camp for like 3 days now and I can't keep weight on. It could also be that I complained to R* and they eventually fixed it though. IDK. Hope this helps.

I'll contribute to this post... watched from day one. Will firmly state it was probably best TV series of all time, just kinda of a weak ending (@ least for some characters) I can sum up my feelings without spoiling anything. Show seemed to lose something once they got past the books. It seemed every action had an eventual consequence until that point, then it all seemed watered down and rushed like they were trying to get to the end quickly without flushing everything/character arcs out. My thought is that the last 2 seasons should have been full 10 episode seasons which would have overcome some of the criticism. I think $'s played a role in some of the decision-making. Also AT&T bought Time Warner. IDK if that had something to do with it but again $'s. Also generally say that after the Red Wedding show became too popular and part of "pop culture" every media outlet caught on. I liked it b4 all the attention when it was raw (probably same reason I like RDR2) As far as the petitions and complaining I ain't into that. I'm thankful we got such a great show. People complain about everything nowadays...I complain their ain't nothing on TV worth watching now....so I'll probably be playing more RDO and complaining about the bugs.

Yeah I don't if this is true or not but other sites are reporting that with the new update came a fish exploit (which I saw but I don't cheat) and R* tried to patch it (I did receive a small update Friday) which caused the piles of dead horses. Afterwards all my start menu icons disappeared, replaced by just the R* logo and for some reason I had 2 horses, first my main one had no saddle then the 2nd one kept spawning with and my older saddle and bags. I'm just taking the weekend off from the grind and now that it's not in Beta designation can I officially call it sh*TTY or rushed programming?

Ok first my dumb question, what is the button to raise your bet? I see call, fold and auto bet but I can't figure out how to raise my bet. (I googled to no avail and don't remember from the single player) Seemed to be at a table with pretty much same 4 to 6 adults last night. Ante was either $.20 or $.30. $25 buy in, Max bet was $5, pots where generally low stakes $2 to $15 and just kept checking. If they go all in...checked or if I'm not holding just folded. Was up for a while but came out even despite every hand seemed to deal me 2's and 3's. Seems to drain the cores when you leave the table. Walked out side and plenty of animal spawns to make back any losses

got mixed feelings about defensive mode and this my experience so far… 3 idiots tried to break through defensive mode. 1 tried machete and disappeared, 1 tried arrows/poison arrows and both did nothing and they stayed blue. 1 tried gun and he turned red and shortly dead. So my mixed feelings, which are the other side of the coin... Part of the strategy of this game, from day one, was to avoid getting shot. Old days you just looked at the map and planned accordingly. Then the dots where just when you where close, still doable. Plenty of back ways in and out of town. Defensive mode seems to be a good way to protect large loads. But I'm surprised R* is allowing this as it is just uninterrupted $ farming .. and you kinda living in a bubble now. There is little to no risk and it's a hunting sim with PVP modes... although i admit sometimes I enjoy just grinding. I don't like that it's got to be a gunshot b4 they turn red. Gonna have to switch to offensive and may try wrestling or running them over with horse. Then it seems like Pinkertons got extra men now and just swarm. You either kill/loot them till they get you or you run away. You still get a bounty on retaliation if you don't run. I just think you play with fire be prepared to get burned. People want to take shots at me or try to steal my junk they going face consequences and I enjoy it. It's not really the wild west if their no risk. On the other side of the coin, allot of the psycho boy potshotters hit and run anyway. I don't know, how many more months I'm going to just Hunt b4 I got everything they offer that I want. Kinda reaching that point already… The bounty Hunter, trapper and treasure Hunter is really a make or break. On the plus side I've started to get Free room invites while defensive

I'm on ps4 pro and haven't had any PVP loading errors since update and I'm probably going on 3 hrs of pvp I do more frequently go right from black screen right into a match now with a little "matchmaking " message on bottom. I had 3 crashes last 2 days in free roam is about it I would probably try cleaning the cache (rebooting while holding the L1 and R1). It's probably what R* support would tell you to try

Just Hunt , fish. feed, Pat and brush your horse without shooting anyone outside of PVP you will be back to honorable in no time I'm not sure but I think you can also pay old man Jones 3 gold bars (but I went the other way months ago)

Yeah, I got the 15 gold bars like 2 hours after I logged on. So my question is... $25 dollars to buy in to a public poker game. Kinda steep. You get to play that $25 or it's just a fee? Who's played? What is the max bet? Unlimited? My other initial comments/gripes that I'm sending to R*.. When you sell stuff at butcher it goes all the way to the top item, instead of the next item. More annoying than anything Camp is all the way at the bottom of the list And I don't like that you don't get invited to free room while defensive mode. It's like you got to know the times it comes through. Yet I never got 1 invite yesterday and I must played 6 hours and it was a challenge. So I walked around in offensive mode (waiting for free room) and some 8 man posse came rolling into BW, and 1 of them shot me back of the head costing me a perfect bear pelt. whole posse went red) so I incinerated at least 6 of them and only got a $.30 bounty. I don't understand the 30 cents but was well worth it. Defensive mode is the way to roll into town. (and should add I was able to press charges but F that revenge is sweeter) Still had at least 2 server crashes And This new headshot mechanism makes no sense to me yet ...at least some sure seem to have it figured out in PVP. I'm just hacking away with the shotgun and emptying the clips. It's not free aim. It's convoluted something. And that first mission is kinda hard (especially when 2 of the people quit) but whoever the guy was that stuck with me we got it done. I think he got the kill shot.

This update made my day... Already bought the lemat revolver. I like the shotgun round. So who figured out how to get into passive mode? I don't see any setting for it.

Yeah I don't know if anyone else has interest in these sort of things but TTWO (take two the holding company for R*)is to report earnings after the bell today At the very least we will probably get some updates on whether or not they are losing or gaining RDO customers and probably some outline for the path forward. Hard to believe but this game been in "beta" for 6 months now at end of the month. Personally I still love the game but feels like it's stuck in neutral for awhile now. Been slowing down with spring and summer right behind it. I'm holding out hope that someday soon they'll let me own that house of Ill repute I've always dreamed of,or at least something to jump start that passion I had at the beginning. I don't think Never without one works well in most Showdown or Free room after the first hit (anymore*). I don't use it PVP load out anymore. In games with teams were you get assigned a color derby hat I believe you will automatically respawn with a derby hat on, anything where it is you vs everyone else it will not Games like horseback kills challenge and Deliver the horse if you die and bring up the weapon wheel/horse cargo you can't access your outfits if you try to put your hat back on. I've tried many times and it doesn't work (at least for me) It's more of a Free Roam thing and great protection against the headshot griefer. Just call your horse and put it back on * I say anymore because at one time you could (in HBKC and deliver the horse) but R* figured that trick out.

Yeah I still don't know the answer but I kinda figure your probably correct. I always figured it was 10% boost for tier 2, and 15% for tier 3 since they are respectively 10k and 15k XP per tier. I wrote that little over month ago and only thing different now is that I got bunch more of tier 3, bunch more ready for tier 2 if I wanted to spend $350each. Gets to be cash drain (into pamphlets now) and some I don't see the purpose in and/or doesn't fit my play style. I have sets of tier3 I customize for different PVP, free roam situations... sometimes they work, sometimes they don't seem to do anything, stacking seems to be an issue sometimes too, but feel it's either what competition is using, or more R* bugs or programming/beta tests.

Yeah the same sh*t been happening to me last few days I'm shooting blanks I don't think it is an exploit, they just got lots of bugs or doing something with the programming is my opinion. I already reported it to,R* And yeah in Name your weapons teams, free for all they assign you weapons. Almost everything else (except make it count);is bring your own weapons... And just for laughs, every time I die in free room my shotgun turns into Lancaster repeater and I got to change it back... Game is full of bugs, I just don't let them get to me anymore

Shhh, I got an update today. No need to go to the post office or lock box. Plus Cripps taking a **** in the woods (actually that's from last week) And I'm telling you, my guess, update is going to come out same time as their earnings report (5/5 to 5/16) RDO has any bad news for the quarter. Stock is going to tank. They need to put a positive spin on it

You can't sell stowed small alligator pelts, as mentioned, since the last big update. I contacted support and the "expert" told me this is a known bug, but honestly I don't know if that is correct or just "lip service" for them not wanting to pay out as much as previous posters mentioned It's basically sell the whole carcass on small alligator or just take the meat and teeth.

LoL, I had the exact same session last night except add I couldn't get into Showdown, during the fishing challenge I caught 0 fish, in the middle of a hideout mission it said Hideout abandoned as the bodies pilled up and my prime real estate in Bayou disappeared. It seems to disappear Everytime I join a free room. Plus the icing on the cake... Everytime I roll into tumbleweed I got to kill someone and get killed by the Pinkertons b4 the butcher/shopkeepes will talk to me. Luckily I keep the skins on respawn. They got to do something about the bugs, because the new content and free gifts ain't anything special. I know it's a beta but comming up on 5 months in a couple of days. As an optimist... Between 5/5 and 5/16 is the projected 1st qtr release date for TTWO earnings. My guess is we get the big update and more information somewhere in that time period. Make a splash to the shareholders

Well this explains why Everytime I join showdown or the bag game of the week 2 or 3 teammates are usually doing nothing but standing in the back ground leaving me (and the others) to get our butt handed to us. I thought they were just being lazy or purposely throwing matches (well I guess you can still call them lazy hacks) What do they get for not doing nothing. 92 XP and $1.15? I just stopped playing PVP, did some free roam, and basically turned game off and watched GOT marathon last week.

Wish I had a better answer, but my experience is they seem to have some weird rotation with the straight shootout bulger game. It disappears for like a week+ and then comes back for a week. I was playing it like a week ago but haven't seen it either ...but honestly haven't been playing game much lately... IDK. I wish they just give you a list to choose from
