Ever since the game came out of beta there aren't as many players on the servers I play on. There used to be high 40 to 54 players on each session I was on. Now there are less than 20. That is going to impact how many players you run across. There simply aren't as many on the server. I think they came out of beta and increases the number of servers. Thinking to self, if there are less players per session / lobby, then why are there more disconnects?

Currently live in Michigan. Heart is in the South.

RDR3 could take everything the game mechanics and graphics have to offer now and progress with a wagon train headed west. Become a rancher, farmer, gold miner, lawman, fur trader, outlaw, or any combination.

I didn't get the PS4 for the game. My old one was dying and got the new 1tb drive for anniversary a couple weeks ago. Just was pointing out that the new PS4 didn't help.

As soon as you figure this out, please let the rest of us know. R* support may not know what the codes mean but some developer put them for a reason. My disconnects are getting much more frequent. I have even purchased a new PS4 only installed RDR and the updates. Still get the errors. More since the last update. R* treats us like mushrooms in this area and appear to be working on everything else but disconnect issues.

Have hair grow dynamically over time would be a nice integration to online. They have it in story.

I have never used defensive mode. I figure that would only let others know I wanted to either be left alone or am scared. It doesn't make them leave you alone so if they want to shoot you they are going to anyway. Why bother?

I think if your that bored you need to find another game to get your interest. The hours it would take to get to level 350 would be an extreme investment of time if they are not a regular streamer.

I have had my share of server drops and disconnects as well as the occasional blue screen crash. Last night I was playing with another player and within an hour I had 5 server disconnects. The other player had 5 or 6. We decided to give up on the dailies and call it a night. I kept checking the number of players on my session and they were all under 20 players. The last one only had 14 players on. Pre update I would see 48 to 54 players in a session with much less disconnect issues. Am I the only one thinking the servers are getting worse not better?

Reading you are still having fun playing video games makes me look forward happily. Not too far forward mind you tho. Your never too old to enjoy entertainment. Game On!

When in PVP you only hear chat from your team. There is a brief couple seconds after killed you can hear the person that shot you. The PVE chat is similar to the blue blip in that you only hear players within a certain proximity to you. 10PM is 5PM EST just when the kiddies are getting home from school. 3AM is when most kiddies are getting ready for bed to go to school the next day. Soon with summer out, that all changes. Your 10pm to 1pm was probably the worst.

@The_Liquor your also on a different console than @Harlock1796. I have not seen as much on PS4 either. Does that make a difference? Maybe.

I hate the players that just spawn in and do nothing to get the xp and gold. I also dislike when there is an objective and nobody is even trying to accomplish it just trying to get the most kills. Many times I feel like I'm the only one trying to win the mode.

When I am in PVP I generally am with a friend or more so we are in PS chat and don't hear the rest of the players. On the occasion we aren't on PS chat there are many idiots ranting and S#$% talking. There were a few and I mean very few times where the PVP chat was useful and fun.

Remember, temporary files are necessary for improved game performance. These temporary files can become corrupt over time and cause errors crashes and even connectivity issues. The following procedure will not delete any game data or game saves. The temporary files will also be regenerated to improve game performance during game play. One of the things I noticed since last weeks update is the addition of new R* error codes. I have been plagued with them. Try to clear your cache. I would also recommend opening a ticket with R* as well.

I had the same issue for several days. I ended up starting the game forming the posse and it worked. This was after starting the game and clearing the cache. I know several other people that have had issues getting members in the posse that were in it before and are on the list. You may want to open a ticket with R* as well.

I went full low honor a few weeks ago to get some of the posse members I used to run with the low honor missions. I was not targeted at low honor. Now at full high honor again I got targeted 2 times. Weird.

You put it perfectly. I wanted to say something similar but IDK. Thought it was something that was already thought of by most.

I read that R* will not ban you for exploiting a glitch. They will only ban you for changing code to glitch. They have been known to take money away and even reset a character in more extreme cases but never have banned anyone on GTA or RDR for exploiting a glitch. I will try to find that article.

I I remember I went with PS over XBox because at the time PS Online Game Play was free and XBox / microsoft charged for it.

The teams I was on were only 4. I literally walked into the safe zone a couple times.
