Are people becoming wussies?

I feel like so many people online and even offline are all about getting their feelings hurt. Like this other forum I am on is for adults yet has like 15 and younger kids on it. Soon as someone says anything, even as a joke, they go crying to an admin. Like today I said something about a kid needed to man up and the world doesn't revolve around his opinion on life and he got so mad he told me my opinions don't matter at all all while telling me his did. I got a PM from the admin to just put him on my ignore list.

This isn't the first time, just giving an example. I see it all over online and see it offline too. More so with teens and kids offline but adults are just as bad online.

Eh I don't think they are becoming this way they were just raised to be like this.

Mix this in will all the advancements we have made, people hardly have to think for themselves. We will be screwed if something like iRobot comes along I can tell you that much. People just need thicker skin in general. We all like to be liked but if one of a few people don't like you, oh well. Pay attention to the people who care.

This. Kids were raised to be this way and then become push over, easily triggered adults who get upset when no one agrees with them.

I come across some real cry babies on the web. Even in GTA Online I'll steal some CEO's Vehicle Cargo and more often than not I'll then receive a message where they call me every name under the sun and proclaim that I am the problem with the GTA Community, I then have to explain to them that if they get this irate when someone steals their car they shouldn't be playing Grand Theft Auto. It's the title of the bloody game for crying out loud.

I see this a lot too. Not just in GTA but in all online games. Was playing Rocket League at my brothers the other day and this kid told me to stop stealing his boost. I said "I had no idea boost had names on it" and he called me f'n retarded. Really? Who was the one who just made a statement crying over something? he then started scoring goals for the other team. Kids shouldn't be playing online games if every little thing hurts their feelings.

Summed up pretty much as this:

Tattoos and piercings in general used to be intimidating, now that vegan puppy lovers sport all kinds of stuff like this, well... It just makes the world even more confusing. It is more rare to find a 20 something with no tattoos or piercings these days.

Boys are growing up to be women and girls are growing up to be men. I am not even referring to the LBGT crowd either. Talking just straight ones. I see more women willing to get into a fight than dudes these days. Pretty scary!
