What are some bad habits you have that you would like to stop? Could be anything and you could want to stop for any reason. 

I have an issue with cracking my knuckles, neck, and back. It has actually caused me to have a lot of pain. I am going to be working with a chiropractor to get good adjustments and then not do anything to reverse it. I hope it sticks.

I crack my ankles (of all things). I also do it with my jaw (but I have other issues there like grinding my teeth while I sleep but I can't really control that).

Probably the worst one I have is beer lol - I just can't get enough!

I bite my nails off. I have done this since I was like 10 or so. I think it was a nervous habit I developed that ended up just being a habit. I seem to do it several times a day without even noticing.

As long as you don't swallow them!

Good man, beer is a good "bad" habit. Me I watch too much TV and also eat too much

I am a scab picker. If I have anything on my skin be it a scab or even a pimple, I have to get it off. I have scars all over because of it. The last cut I had took nearly 2 months to heal cause I kept picking at it. lol

Speaking of swallowing... 

I swallow my gum. lol I actually had to stop chewing it. Out of habit, when the flavor would go, I would just swallow it down. I read somewhere and heard multiple times that it is not good for your stomach. Whoops!

Heh I do this too. I think a lot of people do. I don't not chew gum though. I am not sure if it is entirely dangerous or not but I have never had issues so I don't worry about it.

I pull my lip skin off. Before you think that sounds painful, it is dried skin. It hardly ever bleeds. I just hate having dry lips. Chapsticks do nothing for it either. I either pull it off or chew it off and spit it out.

Not the first time I've tried stopping (the longest I've done is just on 7 months) but it's been a long time and for the first time now I'm able to actually drink a beer and resist. Sure the craving is still there but I honestly believe that my mind has been tuned correctly now. Time will tell!

I smoke. Trying to quit. Taking the route my friend did by using vaping. I have cut down from a pack and a half a day to less than 10. Eventually I will be on just vaping and down the dosing of nicotine till I don't need it anymore.
