I think it's rediculous that I have a hundred dollars in hides on my horse cone into a town to sell them n get shot by some a hole n bam all my hides are gone and I'm out of that money maybe make it so we can have a friendly Lobby or something bcuz this is not fair spend two hours hunting n lose everything because someone wants to be a jerk n shoot you for nothing

Hey bud we have found a way to have the server all to yourself. Simply start a teddy Brown mission and don't follow Harley up the trail. He will stay put untill you return to him. Freeing you up to hunt , fish . pick herbs , or whatever you fancy for as long as you like ! You need everyone on the same tactic thoe. If not your cup of tea join us at western avengers posse or ghostly guns posse. We play on est time. Ps4. Carry on good sir !

One tip to increase $$ and XP is to let the counter run down on side missions and only finish when the clock is ticking ie in the final 10 seconds. This will generally double XP and give 2-3 times the cash, up to about $20, good few nuggets too. There is a downside though as you often have to sit at your destination for about 10 minutes, idling, not earning, staying alert enough to watch the map for pink blips, (countering current if you're in a boat) ready for a quick trot over the line. Miss it (I have dozed off!) and you've wasted a lot of time for nothing. I'm not even sure the balance is worth it, for the empty time, and it's hardly what I switch RDR2 on for, to sit on a wagon for 10 minutes with the reins in my hand and the guy on the duckboard next to me saying "Why are you doing this to us..?" I wondered too...

No harm in stepping away between updates. I may do the same at some point. I'm currently playing 2 additional games as it is anyhow and more are coming. ....but I'll likely still be diving into RDO. Hell, I still play GTA from time to time.

It might be a good idea to just wait until beta testing is over. It is a lot to deal with right now. Between the trolls, the glitches, and the issues with the game that need to be fixed... I can understand not wanting to play it right now. I will go in waves of enjoying it and then wanting to just wait myself.

Trinity LaMort (Decided to try a female second time round!) of Trinity's Raiders. Just a shame that despite all the effort of coming up with a character name (and some I've read on here are superb) that you are the only one that will ever see it. I'd much prefer it if players saw my character name above my head than my PSN name I came up with over a decade ago! On the bright side, Sony are finally allowing you to change your PSN name in the next few months if you so choose! I may well change it to Trinity LaMort 😂

I'd pay to play as Dutch. It'd be fun to watch him get his comeuppance. Shoot, now I have to go home and reroll my online character and make him a Dutch knockoff. "Dutchbag VanFlimFlam"

Easiest way to level is just by playing the game normal. I'm almost in the 80s , just by doing stranger missions and constantly resetting awards/belt buckles. No need to troll in missions or climb a roof. I'm not powergrinding by any means though. I am taking my time.

It's not the same as other console games folks may be used to where betas are mainly to help market the game and stress test servers. ....with few (if any) changes made by release a couple weeks or so later.
