So, in a conversation with R* I mentioned that it doesnt seem fair to offer all these discounts on items that many of us who have been around for a while now already own and cant take advantage of like hunting wagons and camp upgrades, when we bought them it was hard to make money, there were no roles, now that it is super easy to earn cash, they discount everything for new players, but what about all of us who already purchased all these things? I think they should forward us a rebate for the % off of what we paid whenever they run these for one. But that got me thinking and I had an idea, what about the occasional reward for high level players? Like how about this, when you hit level 100 and each time you hit another 100 levels you are rewarded with a special coat for your horses unavailable to others lower than lvl 100 or 200 or 300 etc.. so not an advantage of any kind, just bragging rights, you have access to special coats for existing horses when you hit these milestones, like the Missouri Fox Trotter for example, it has two available coats, but what if they added 4 more so every 100 levels you had the option of changing the coat of your horse to a unique otherwise unavailable coat. Or how about working bandoleers and satchel upgrades, at level 100 you get a working bandoleer that allows you to carry more ammo, 10 more rounds than usual and at lvel 200 you get 20 more and level 300 you get 30 more, all the way up to level 500. So although not an advantage per say a convenience if you took the time to grind out those levels. I get it they want to attract new players and help them get started, but we got started when it was beta, we ground up when there was litle to do and it was hard to earn any real money. I have a whole pile of discounts I earned in this last membership club thing, but I already purchased everything they apply too, they are useless to me, yet I earned them same as everyone else, shouldnt we get a reward as well? I just think if there was more to offer players who have ranked up a lot it would be one more thing to keep them in the game and give them some incentive to keep leveling up. they could use maybe new ability cards you get per 100 levels, new horses, new clothing, and weapons, or weapon customization's, etc.. What do you think? It just irritates me that I have a discount for camp upgrades when I already purchased all the camp upgrades and I cant use it, or a rebate for items we already own would be nice, but I think high level items to justify grinding after level 100 should be a thing, even if they are cosmetic. Just my opinion anyway.

I dont know why it happened or what I coudl have done to make it happen, all I did was fast travel to Manzanita post to get something, I noticed I was on the server with one other guy, I checked his gamercard and saw he was in the Grizzlies somewhere, I didnt think much of it. Ive seen it happen before but usually it lasts about 5 minutes then the server re populates, not today. Because it never changed I couldnt shut it off, lol I was on alone for over 8 hours. I killed 6 Grizzlies, 14 wolves, 8 cougars, and countless other things, I actually found the limit for my horse with pelts, its 60. At 60 it said you cant store any more on your horse, lol So., I dunno, just thought I would share what happened, I felt very lucky as there were animals everywhere in great numbers, the swamps were like a rain forest untouched, it was crazy!! I can only hope it happens again one day, I made a little over $4000.00 and Cripps is still completely stocked when I logged off , I made most of the money by collecting 16 items I needed to cap off 8 or 9 collections, plus all the hunting along the way. I need food.

It's a daily challenge again today, so I did a quick test. Tried one of the 226 ones first, that didn't work, but one of the 247 ones did the trick. The ones worth 247 have a Collector's item as ingredient. I guess that's the special part.

I was playing the other morning on PS4 and really just minding my own business, I like to play the game at a slow pace which makes it more enjoyable, I have never raced about. Anyway back to the story, can't remember exactly what I was doing but suddenly bang, someone had headshot me with a Rolling Block Rifle. I being of a certain age usually take things like this in my stride so let the respawn take it's time instead of holding X to quickly do it, then again bang another headshot, this got me a bit angry so I respawned quickly and began my retribution, I don't know why but when it comes to killing other players I use my revolver (LeMat), so anyway I found him and quickly dispatched him to griefer heaven, by then I still wasn't satisfied so looked at the player list and he/she was just under level 300, while I was I think mid 60s. I killed him another 2 or 3 times then I heard a voice say please don't kill me anymore, honestly it sounded like a child of about 8 to 10 years. I could hear what I assumed was his father in the background saying give me the pad, anyway this had developed into a feud now with daddy on the hunt, no lie I am not the greatest player in pvp but this guy was absolutely Rubbish. Anyway in the end he just vanished off the session so I could get back to chilling and doing whatever I was doing. I think there is a moral in this story but I can't think of one lol.

Preferably without the over-the-top foul language though. (Despite any claims from the producers, that was not historically accurate, and anyone that foul mouthed would have been "encouraged" to move on rather quickly, even on the frontier.) I just couldn't watch the show because of it. It wears on me pretty quick.

I have alot for this actually, but one that came to my thoughts this afternoon, was a Rifle / Shotgun Twirl? Like this Ex. Rifle Twirl We got it for the guns, why not add a "Arnold" Terminator twirl, that would be so bad ass!!

I played with a friend today and ran into a modder. It was actually kind of immersive. The dude was a vampire, he was invincible and unkillable, headshots, and even lassoing didnt work. He teleports and kills us with a butcher knife, hog ties us and throws a molotov on us as we burn alive. When I said lassoing didnt work, its because he cheated out of it with his modder menu, and when we lassoed him once and carrying him to attempt to drown him in the lake, my friend next to me, had his body eviscerated by some unseen force, and I as well. I dont approve of this, sure its interesting but I dont approve of it. Because he was cheating to the point that we couldent kill him anyways even if we tried. What do you think? I already reported him through the game as a "Immortal vampire with a butcher knife" I really dont want this game to end up the same ****house it was in gta online, this game is too good for that.

If you had a production on the go and return to find everything at zero it can be worth quitting the game and reloading. This resolved the situation a couple of times for me.

Yes.. what flu007 said. I would add do not hold it down or it will open the catalogue... so just tap it.. as said. From there a menu will pop up that allows you to do a lot.. join posses... switch your character to defensive mode (online options)... visit the stables and call your vehicles... It also has a section with a number beside it of the daily challenges. Which is an easy way to make gold for if you do 1 (do at least 2) a day for 21 days each task becomes worth .5 gold.. and then it adds up several gold per day on average. Some tasks include things like "pet a dog", "feed a horse", eat 3 stews, kill 5 flying birds, sell 3 items to nazor, etc... some are so simple it is easy to log on daily for a few minutes to fulfill at least 2 tasks. Yes, once you complete the cutscene, it's just left on the D-pad to the free roam menu , and down to camp & properties. Choose shack location and buy it with gold. You're all set.

I think some of the seasonal stuff should stay until at near the end of winter. Obviously, the Christmas stuff can be taken out a week or so into January but the snow and such should stay longer just taper it back a bit so it isn't so frequent.

I donno guys, I think it looks good. It reminds me of my fridge which I am very fond of. Joking aside, the style may not be that appealing to most people but it is designed in a way to be more about functionality than looks which to me is more important.

i know that... or at least i hope so. but they could have left new austin free of snow for players with older machines to be able to continue play during the holidays, anyway, i found out that they forgot to add the snow to legendary bounties and free roam events, so i'll be doing that for now and searching for other missions without snow. about the white line that appears in front of the character while moving on snow, i even end up testing with the max settings and it never disappears. it's weird.

Batwoman isn't really all that "in your face" about its female lead, at least IMO. I had fears it would just be a black-suited version of Supergirl with all the same woken BS, but it turned out not to be. There was one egregious line in an early trailer that stood out to me where Kate claimed the Batsuit's only flaw was that it didn't fit a woman (paraphrasing, not exact quote), but it didn't seem to make it into the actual show.

I use Shadowplay and Twitch but you can use OBS. You can either stream it and in my twitch settings set to save my past broadcast for 14 days. Then I click on the past broadcast video on my twich videos page and it gives you a highlight option on the bottom right. It bring you to an cool little editor and you can make a quick highlight. (all video files saved to twitch servers) If you dont feel like streaming you can always set shadow play to save the last 5 or 10 mins of video by using alt F10. This will create a video file on your hard drive which you can play with any video player on full screen (I use VLC video) and then stream the video and highlight like above.

I started watching Bojack Horseman. I thought it was going to be stupid but the animal related puns and jokes are quite funny. It is well written too for what it is. If anyone was considering watching it, give it a try. Pretty funny for a newish adult toon.

I understand about the many things that irritate that should have been fixed by now, but this is still a most remarkable and totally immersive game. The time spent in-game is a pure delight. I will endure the irritants and bask in the glory of a really special gaming experience if sandbox games are your style. I must confess I was concerned about the juvenile griefing potential but was pleased to discover most on-line players are non-intrusive into your game or helpful at best. The occasional jerk one encouters merely makes the rest of the player base seem pleasant
