  1. I feel kinda bad. I had two people level 15 and below come into my camp. They proceeded with taunts and the usual. I waved and was nice but it kept going. So I fired a few warning shots. When that didn’t work, I lowered my flag and shot both with dynamite arrows. I may have been a bit harsh, but was getting annoyed.

  3. A lot of folks are traveling and/or on vacations during this time. I can see how they might want to have these events for a couple weeks or so to allow everyone a chance to share in the experience.

  4. Not wrong at all - I do it as well because they need to learn while they are new .... I’ve ran some completely off a server and as far as the way to kill em ... that’s dealers choice and I do it based off of what they do to initiate it, how many of them vs me and how aggravated I am; so I refer to Sam Jackson in the Hateful 8 - shoot em, stab em, drown em, drop a big rock on they head, etc ... 😂😂

  5. I probably would have used regular ammo... Maybe gunned them down with my new Navy’s or the krampus... Another thing I like to do with people that just annoy me is hogtie them, toss them onto their own horse and tell it to flee. It doesn’t last too long but it’s funny... Dynamite arrows a bit much, but they’re your arrows. Have fun LOL

  6. Nope. I'd have shot em too. They can respawn. Game has made me cold hearted recently I'm MUCH more likely to shoot first anymore. "Welcome to red dead noobs!"

  8. Gotcha. What’s strange is that I’ve been getting notifications pretty regularly for other threads I’ve made/participated in. And in this one I’ve been getting notifications from your replies only. Weird.

  9. Seems the other person that had the issue found out it was their own mail box as they haven't been receiving other notifications either. Still checking to be sure but I would suggest looking to make sure your inbox isn't sorting this stuff out as junk, etc. ......the usual drill.

  10. First off, sounds like heaven. You should be happy about it. Solution: While in-game in your empty lobby, type netstat -a -b into your command prompt and wait for Rockstar's UDP ports to pop up or use Resource Monitor on Windows 10 to confirm that Rockstar is indeed attempting to listen with port 6672. If you cannot see the port or it says "Not allowed, unrestricted access" (or something like that), then something on your computer is blocking their port that is required for matchmaking. Go into windows firewall and create a new rule that allows listening for port 6672. You can just disable all of Windows Firewall temporarily to see if that is the problem. Check your router too, go into the admin panel and make sure that port 6672 is capable of listening and is allowed. Another idea here is just that your Internet is so bad that Rockstar feels like you cannot maintain connection to other players, in that case, they will intentionally put you in a solo lobby to solve the issue. You can call your router's company and ask for support on this or check your router's manual online, they can likely point you to creating a new rule on your router to let Rockstar's ports through. If your router is owned by your ISP (such as a rented router), your ISP should be able to assist you on ports being unintentionally blocked.

  11. Kinda backward IMO. Never understood this. Personally, I also hate running the timer down vs. simply playing the game. Just makes it seem so much more of a grind (for me at least). .......and not in a good way.

  12. I actually didn't know this. I always rushed to get it done but you really get more out of it by taking your time? That is interesting.

  13. Admittedly, my only prior experiences with the Batwoman character were the movies Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman and Batman: Bad Blood, but that doesn't surprise me. I don't read a lot of superhero comics, mainly just horror stuff like The Walking Dead, Crossed, and Stitched. Supergirl issues aside, the creative team behind the Arrowverse seem to be among the few who legitimately respect the source material judging from my limited perspective. I have my suspicions as to why Supergirl, unlike the other Arrowverse shows, is so woke, but I think that's way beyond the scope of this thread. At least they didn't make Oliver wear that ridiculous Robin Hood cap, though. That's one deviation from the source I'm thankful for.

  14. I mean it doesn't look bad and I agree with you, I only care about how it performs. But this is important to a lot people and I can not fault anyone for that. I hope they release more information about the specs before E3.
