  1. I get what you're saying and yes that would be more of a challenge than rooftop farming. I just feel that any shooter with auto aim is diluted. All anyone is learning is how to use the auto aim system, not learning to actually shoot.
  2. They're still buzzing off that Spiderman exclusive...lol
  3. I guess at a point the game has to decide to put you in a lobby with a blocked player or have you sit in limbo until theres a clean lobby. Lesser of two evils...lol
  4. Agreed. I think that auto aim should be optional and having it on will cut all cash and xp earnings by 75% . This is a must. I think alot of the greifing is bred from boredom and limited ways to earn XP. So hopefully, the new additions to the game will eliminate alot of this. This would be a huge help to the boredom and keeping players focused. This was one of my favorite things about GTAV, they paid really well too. That's key.
  5. I'm sure that's a big part of it. I'd be good if they put up a "here's how stuff works for now" list. Something to give us an idea of what we are dealing with.
  6. I hope there isn't a cap like this on Xbox. After the call of duty franchise I've probably got 10,000 blocked on my Xbox. lol Not that I have any idea how to check it..
  7. Yea, that sounds about right. And yes, they really leave us in the dark when it comes to game mechanics. A little more info would go a long way,
  8. If another player is near your horse, that will also save your pelts. Honestly, there really doesn't seem to be anything set in stone for this. Me and a friend both died from an allergic reaction to dynamite. When we got back to our horses, I had my pelts and he did not.
  9. It sits there and waits for someone to buy it. Joking aside, it'd be nice if they made use of this, like leveled up the watch to give us a stat perk of some sorts. It could take the place of the trinkets from story mode.
  10. I try and spend most of my time up north, away from the crowds and griefers. But, I am forced to travel all the way down the map to sell my pelts. Annesburg would be an ideal spot for a butcher location to allow people to stay in the general locations that they want to hunt in. Any where else that would help?
  11. Which is why we shouldn't be talking about skill in regards to shooting.
  12. To me, it sounds like the players he shot were trying to make sure he was having less fun by trying to kill him and prevent him from killing the law. AND, with all the law on him, those players could have looted all the bodies instead of trying to kill him.
  13. The auto aim in this game doesn't require or help you gain any skill either. So farm away.
  14. If you die and call your horse, the game sees this as a fast travel, so you lose all your pelts. So, if you die, try running to your horse, you'll have a chance of not losing everything.
  15. He probably unlocked the glider suit but hasn't figured out how to open it yet.
  16. Agreed. Now, in six months if we're in the same boat (which I doubt) I'll be the first to light the torches and wave the forks. Not gonna lie, I'm a little jealous of your 2 cents. I only got strawpenny.
  17. That same cave is also pretty good for catching falling fish.
  18. Def haven't seen that. Was the reset of the lobby in other towns?
  19. The trick is to carry a young buck on your horse to distract the cougar. Cougars love young bucks.
  20. The range isn't stellar, but it can work. I'd suggest hiding on the roof of a stable, it makes it look like you are in the stable on the mini map. When a griefer shows up and waits outside to kill you, drop your dynamite.....Not that I've done this.

    Bored

Yea, it's a little rough right now. I've been, just like the others, grinding so I have cash to spend on the new adds. Although, last night we spent an hour and 50 bucks playing catch with dynamite.
  22. I Imagine once we are out of beta R* will add the option to redesign your character for some gold. Probably works out the to be the same amount of gold that you'd pay for these items anyway. That being said. PS4/R* should really have tossed this guy some gold and Blasted this info out for everyone to see.
  23. I've had this happen to me, it's weird. You click the item to sell, it makes a sound like it sold, but is still in your inventory. It makes a thud type noise when you click it again, then it might disappear. Usually I have to back out of the menu before it disappears. I've gotten in the habit of selling one item/stack at a time and reloading the butchers menu. I notice this happens more when you leave items to sell in your inventory when you log off.
  24. I kinda want to see this...lol
  25. I've had this happen. Few things I've found that help: -Don't spam the sell button, sell slowly -sell carcasses first - back out and go back in to the butchers menu when you have a ton of stuff to sell - always use the sell all option.
