Didn't they state in the patch notes that they might have to reset? Edit: Can't find anything, ignore me.
-
But do you accept paypal or crypto? WE NEED TO KNOW!!!
-
It's ****ing automatic, so don't ****ing worry about it! If not they probably would've booted me by now lol

They decided to throw in a motion sensor on the ****ing lights in the bathroom at work. The dumb asses decided to set it for 15 minutes... Today (for the second time) that ****ing light turned off at the worst time... Of course I can't just wave my hand above the door and trigger it, I have to open the ****ing stall door and step out... WHO THE **** CAME UP WITH THIS?!?! I'm about to go tell them to change the time or else they can pay me to go home for my sh*t breaks...
-
Are you ASSUMING there's nobody in there, or have you checked to confirm? I think it's worth looking into...
-
I would assume the preference is neither.

I got those a while back, but rarely used them. I tried using them last night and couldn't get them to pair with my new xbox... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00YXO5UXG/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I had this set and loved them. They were comfortable and everyone could hear me fine. They finally crapped out at some point, but I was sent the new model when I replaced them. The new version is crappy in comparison. They're "glasses friendly" which means they used a shittier padding and less of it. The adjustment on them is shitty and the mic is weird. I should've sent them back as soon as I realized they were different, but I thought I should give them a chance... @Morpheus I also strongly recommend the headset adapter for most wired headsets (for xbox). It allows you to adjust game volume and voice volume independently. It's very pricey right now, but if you can find it cheap (or a decent knockoff) then you should definitely get it,

Troll the newest player you can find? Edit: I feel I should specify that I'm joking
-
Even that stuff is too pricey for me usually. I finally found a deal on a coat from amazon for $30. Waited until we already had a foot of snow before I bought it (dealt with 2 hoodies before that). Clothes cost WAAAYYYY too much money in my opinion. The sh*t in that link looks just like everything else that's out there, doesn't look RDR2 related in any way (besides the giant RDR2 label on the inside). Somebody is good at marketing though. They took styles that are all over and slapped a label on with the current "thing". They'll sell for a bit until people realize those clothes are everywhere.

Maybe it's just a feature they didn't feel the need to focus on with their beta testing so they left it out? It's a system that's already in the story mode and would be no different in multiplayer. I would guess they already have it ironed out and would likely want players to test other things that may not be working as they should (like the economy). I wouldn't make the assumption that they're not going to add it at all.

I finished the explorer challenges (using the guide). You end up with more gold bars than you would ever really need. Plus it increases your dead eye, so it was definitely worth doing. It's also the easiest of the challenges (if you have the guide).
-
What about the dingos!!!!
-
Tell that to my gut...
-
That's exactly why I never bothered with that gold bar exploit in story mode. It makes a large part of the game entirely pointless. Now I have 10 gold bars PLUS 2k on top of that and nothing to spend it on... Point is, you'll get there one way or another. You'd might as well enjoy the ride. This is just a game after all, if you're not enjoying it then you shouldn't bother.

I'll just block all of my friends until one of them complains, then we'll know!

Why HDR implementation is such a big thing?

This helped me a lot more than "you must be blind or delusional". I'll try turning it off again to see the difference. Thanks for the input! -
That's just ****ing embarrassing... I only had that one error at the end of a mission, but I also never tried getting back on... I thought that was how it worked, then I read @YodaMan 3D's post... Are you sure you blocked the person? I sometimes forget to after reporting them, could that be the case?
-
Really dude? Just say it was you... I don't think anyone should brag about effective use of the auto aim system...

Again, I don't really have anything to compare it to. Looks great to me, but I thought it looked great on my original xbox one. I just got the x like 2 weeks ago and RDR2 is the only game I've played on it. I literally just changed the settings on Friday to enable the 4k display. Had no idea it wasn't automatic. You clearly know more than I do about this, doesn't mean that me or @Force58 are blind/delusional... Not everyone knows about this stuff, so instead of trying to belittle them for it you should try to educate them. -
Because YOU suck and THEY're amazing gamers. You just wish you could shoot "someone adjusting their settings and unable to see the game" with such ease! Get good!!!

I got everything setup, and I can definitely see the difference. I can't say that it's displaying in 4k hdr like it says it should, but it definitely looks better than it did before I set it up. I simply don't have much to compare it with. Maybe I'll try it on AC origins at some point. That's probably the only other game I would expect to look "enhanced". Edit: There's no need for that man... Some of us just don't have all that much experience with this fancy technology. -
I either got that one with a KKK initiation or an O'driscoll camp. Between the auto aim and dead eye, it should be pretty easy if they're lined up. I'm stuck on the gambler (hit 3 times in blackjack and win) and horseman (dry run to Blackwater from Van Horn) challenges. Finally got that 80 yard tomahawk kill though! Got it on a guard near Braithwaite Manor. Missed the first throw, but (luckily) got him while he was running towards me. I only threw that second one out of frustration from missing the first throw entirely, so I was a little shocked that I hit him lol I also haven't come across a good spot for killing 4 people with dynamite (other than during a mission that gives a good reward for NOT killing anyone). I know it will be easy, I just don't want to go out of my way to get it.

Got myself to chapter 6. I think I'm at 71% now. I think I'm at about 7 days spent playing... It's pretty much all Ive done on the weekends lol I may get back to the challenges soon, but I wanted to get through more of the story before I got sucked into online play. I mostly need to work on hunting requests and exotics. Everything else is either done, or inaccessible right now. I feel like now that I don't need to kill cougars for pelts or challenges, they attack me all the time... The satchel has proven to be very helpful though, you'll appreciate having it when you choose to continue on. Hell, I cooked/crafted a bunch of stuff way back in chapter 3 and I still haven't had to do so again. It's great for passive income too (not that you really need money). Go kill sh*t for a while and before you know it you have a few hundred in just meat. I always skin things when I kill them. I've had too many animals rot because I got distracted.

Guess I lucked out. I chose to do the missions rather than grind out cash. I did a few before the game booted me at the end of one. Figured it was a sign I should get back to the story.
