I think most PC gamers wait for sales anymore cause Steam has them so often these days. I do a lot of my shopping during the summer sale myself.

They sometimes do deluxe editions with a special poster or DLC but like Dave mentioned, it is usually the following year we see special editions.

There is money in it for them sure but will people continue to show interest? The game will be out this fall so they don't have much more time to carry on.

I don't think this is the case for all devs. Sure, they should expect it because a lot of people like to play jokes and crack on the memes but to actually encourage it? I don't see this being the case across all platforms, games, and devs.

Looking to start getting into watching streamers on Twitch. Kind of feel like a lot of YouTubers have grown stale, the ones I enjoy anyways. Anyone got some solid recommendations?

I was the opposite in a sense, I have converted to mostly playing on PC. I took my controller with me though! I guess if you wanted to, you may be able to get a mouse and keyboard working on the Xbox One. Not sure if the game would function with it or not but you could try.

The pictures look good. I am sure it will look even better playing the game. I do wonder why though. Like the real reason behind this push back till Fall. I get that they wouldn't want to launch a game in the Summer, it is hardly the time for that. I am sure reasons for it in more detail will come out eventually. "More polishing" just sounds like something got messed up.

I think they hand select gamers they see on Twitch and Youtube. We will likely know when the beta is happening when guys on those sites start uploading vids for the game.

Same here and I agree with your other statement as well. It is meant to lead into John's story I believe so it will tie in with the use of the title just fine. I don't want another bad guy turning good.

Same here man. Once the grandparents got ill, we kind of stopped doing a lot. I guess that is house it goes. Now my parents host everything.

I like hidden ones for sure. I would imagine they do it like GTA V where they have the story ones for progress, hidden ones for doing random things, then ones online for stunts, kills, ect.

They won't need the holiday to make people want to buy it more. I don't think this will make any difference myself. I think it will end up doing just as good, maybe even better seeing as the big titles come out mostly in the Fall for PS and X1.

I am sure by then people won't care but doing it suddenly now would only hurt us, the players and businesses. There has to be a shift and I think 5 to 10 years is reasonable.
