  1. Would be fun for others to stand and watch too, like people would have done
  2. There's literally no-one in any of the trailers with anything other than a standard build and height.
  3. Where have you heard it??
  4. The grunt in the trailer sounds like him, but they could have employed someone who sounds like Rob to take on the role considering he retired. My guess is that he has come out of retirement. I imagine R$ offered him enough incentive$. https://youtu.be/eaW0tYpxyp0?t=1m38s
  5. The more the better for me! Although changing weight and height would have to affect the game mechanics, like how you get on and off a horse, how you run etc, so that won't be an option for sure. Everything aesthetic though, yeah as much as possible.
  6. Of course, especially if its a sequel.
  7. She'd be about 60 when Jack is old enough, surely
  8. So all the R$ trailers contain gameplay, albeit little snippets with different camera angles than the standard 3PS view. To answer your question, I know exactly what you are getting at. Another game I am looking forward to is Dual Universe, and I have seen a LOT of gameplay walkthroughs for that game, so much so that I am not as hyped about it as I was before. That's not to say that the gameplay put me off, far from it, but there is a sense of mystery about all Rockstar games that you are only able to satisfy by playing the game. What I think you are referring to are gameplay walkthroughs. These show you everything, like how the player walks, the sights, the sounds of the world, the lighting, how clothes hang from people, how the ground interacts with your steps. For me that is all stuff that is pure magic when taking your first steps in a Rockstar game, especially one as rich as this, and I believe a walkthrough would kill that magic. I want to marvel at the atmosphere and the detail, and experience it first hand, not through some Youtube video. I for one absolutely agree on R$'s approach to their marketing and although I would LOVE to see the game in action, I know the wait and anticipation between now and October will be more than worth it, so that my first steps in the game will be that much more special.
  9. A lot of the time people in GTA message someone to get their bounty off them for them because having one on you is annoying. One time someone msgd me when I was in a Hydra, so I flew over to them, tried to kill them but missed and crashed instead. I just quit the session.
  10. No, as these are general clubs for the forum, not just game specific, the club owner would need to add any console information into the title or description.
  11. What are you classing as gameplay footage?
  12. Maybe a few bare chests but nothing too far. I'm not interested in playing a porno just so some nerd who's never kissed a girl can get his rocks off.
  13. I was the worst as a child. I used to spend hours secretly searching for my presents, and when I found them I would then hint about wanting whatever they bought me for the next week, like if they bought me a football I would be like "Oh I really want a football" just randomly when I entered a room. Seems like a nice thing to do but I just cringe when I think about it now.
  14. Yes so they are basically mini-forum areas where you have your own message board, and members to whom you have given sufficient permissions can create and reply to topics.
  15. Actually having TNT would bring a nice dynamic to the game, if you could blast mines and then root around for gold or silver to sell.
  16. Howdy you pesky cotton pickin varmints. You can now create Posses right here on the RDR2 forum, which allow you to create and control your own areas of the forum for whatever topic you may wish. Looking for like-minded players who enjoy rolepaying? Add or join an existing Posse. Want some players who are around your age and who take the game seriously? There's a Posse for that already. https://www.rdr2.org/forums/clubs/ You can give users certain access levels, upload a cover photo for your Posse, and also give it an icon, as seen below. You need to have at least 20 posts to create a Posse. Posse Types Three types of Posse are available: Public Posses Posses that anyone can see and participate in without joining. Open Posse Posses that anyone can see and join. Closed Posse Posses that anyone can see in the directory, but joining must be approved by a Posse Leader or Posse Moderator. Non-Posse-members who view the Posse will only see the member list - not the recent activity or content areas. Posse Users Each Posse has three levels of user: Leader A leader has all of the permissions of a moderator, and can add other moderators. They can also add content areas. The Posse owner is automatically a leader. Moderators Moderators, as the name implies, have the ability to moderate content posted within the Posse. Users Anyone else that joins the Posse.
  17. IMO it needs this in order to separate it from GTAO. I really don't want just a rehash of GTAO on horses.
  18. Grab them by the posse
  19. Haha good old needy Roman. I used to enjoy hunting in 1 and was always left a bit lacking that there was no actual use for it other than for selling stuff. As I had about $30k that incentive went away pretty quickly, so I'm actually pretty happy that they've managed to come up with a mechanic that actually gives hunting a proper function, especially as you can just do it at your leisure.
  20. I spent hundreds of hours just roaming about offline in RDR1, so if it does become a grindfest with squealy 12 year olds online then I'll just do that instead. I imagine there's 100x more to see and do in 2 than there was in 1.
  21. Personally I much prefer horror that is more realistic. Someone mentioned the movie Bone Tomahawk, either in this thread or another one, which is about a tribe of cannibals which hunt people. I would really like this kind of thing, where you're wandering alone through a dark, quiet forest at night and you hear rustling, then maybe some footsteps. This for me instills much more horror than a farfetched zombie or vampire. The threat of being taken down by a wild tribe and having your horse killed or eaten would really get the adrenaline pumping.
  22. I think this is important. This is exactly how I play. When something needs unlocking or I just fancy doing something other than wandering around, that's when I tackle the story.
  23. The only reason they might do this is if there are some big bods at E3 that they can't get to come and view the game personally.
