Uhh... Why not share your thoughts on this? I mean I am not going to say it is the best game there ever was made cause I have games I enjoyed way more that are years old, like MGS1 and 2... Likely my favorite games of all time but RDR2 is up there.

It isn't the best game ever made but it is easily in the top 10 for me. The ratings don't mean much outside of critics being critics so I never judge a game based on that. Either way, I would say it is up there for me as well. Not the best game ever made but certainly one of them.

Best ever made?  I wouldn't say that because there are other games I like for other reasons that don't really compare to RDR2.  .....they provide a different gaming experience. 

I don't think I would consider any "one" game as the "best" but RDR2 will certainly go down as one of my favorites especially in this genre.  .....but then so did GTV5 and RDR1.

Well for me its up there in the top 3 for me, I still think Witcher 3 is the best game ever made. RDR2 is a blast to play and I will be playing this one for a long time.

Halo: Combat Evolved is still #1 for me.  So perfectly ballanced it makes Thanos have to adjust his codpiece.

It might be easier to think of 'best' in terms of specific sub-genres - computer game is too broad!  I have favourite RPGS, favourite beat 'em ups, favourite FPS', favourite tower defence etc

If forced to smash all the genres together, then I'll say that RDR2 will likely make my top 10 on the only criteria that matters to me - 'how much have I enjoyed it?'.  In the 'personal pleasure' rankings I'd put RDR2 up there with Morrowind, Street Fighter 2, North and South, Destiny, Phoenix, Asteroids, Double Dragon, Resident Evil, General Chaos, Operation Stealth, Millenium 2.2, Jade Empire, Kung-Fu Kaos, and many other games over the years I've got a lot of fun out of

Bloodrayne 2 is best game ever. I could go into detail but everybody would be like "Eeew."

Best game ever whilst playing is a more appropriate declaration in my view, a tradition started with Fallout 4, then Horizon Zero Dawn, then this thing.

It's definitely the best game I've ever played with GTAV and GTAIV up there as well. GR: Wildlands is up there as well but that game got a bit tedious and repetetive. And let's not forget the Hitman series! Basically any game that offers the amount of freedom the aforementioned games does is right up my alley. I can't stand linear games with the exception of The Last Of Us.
