I was walking through the field at sunset, peacefully admiring the view, when all the sudden I kicked up a few ducks. I reached for my varmint rifle and.. plink, plink, plink they fell to the ground. As I walked over to pick one up I noticed a blue blip on my map. When I was turning around I saw a player with dynamite in one hand and Scofield in the other. I purchase the digital special edition of red dead redemption, both ad-dons automatically installed the pre-order and the special edition file. I started a new game after I disable the special edition, but it seems like I mess up and it was still in the systems. I delete it again, cause I don't want the free weapons from the gunsmiths, but they are still showing up as $0 dollars. Do I have to repeat the game again with the deleted ad-dons for those stupid 3 guns to have value again on the gunsmith. I only bough the special edition for the "Bank robbery mission and gang hideout in story mode. When I go to settings and I disable game-play boosts and cash bonus discounts it only affects the discounts to upgrade the camp. What do I have to do to disable those 3 free weapons from the gunsmith : Volcanic pistol, varmint rifle and pump action shotgun. Without restarting from the beginning. Why do they make all the bonuses for the special edition come together in a single ad-don download. Should, I just get a refund and get the standard edition, since there is no option to disable all those early cheats when pre-ordering and getting the special edition of the game.

So sell your game and get the standard edition then. problem solved, and you get $$ back

I only ever use the fox trotter when I want to avoid people. The speed is great for getting away from other players in a pinch. Just can't handle turning well and god forbid a twig is in the road, the horse might die instantly. lol

I have seen this a few times. I also report them. I felt bad on Friday when a friend of mine fell asleep during a Plunder Match( to much whiskey). Lol. We where in the PS4 party chat so the lobby couldn't hear him snoring. But I'm sure he got reported considering he didn't move the whole match. But I have seen people spinning in circles the whole time and what not.

No one is being "pushed" to spend money on Gold Bars in RDO. Contrary to what some say about the RDO MTX model, it's not P2W. While some things can be shortcut with GB purchases, anything locked behind them is essentially all cosmetic. Everything else that provides an advantage in the game can be obtained without ever having to buy them. They even gave us quite a few GBs for free to spend up to this point. Some folks are still clinging on to them. Sorry, but I really don't get this argument. I don't particularly like them either but then again, I'm not being forced to buy them so I don't. If others do, that's ok too as those MTXs help support the game into the future. No skin off my back.

For speed yes. Handles like a pig though. When you are in a gun fight with griefers, you have to keep pumping the horse with medicine cause it's health bar sucks. Near any animal that bites it bucks like hell then runs.

I'm not playing this beta bug ridden joke maybe in a year time they ll fix some bugs but from what I see their updates are more handheld catalogue items sort rather than fixing the never ending Aiden stuck in a picture frame

Shame. Many of us start over after learning/missing a few things in the previous play throughs. It also enhances the enjoyment, I feel.

^THIS!^ You need to make most of your money for Arthur early in the game to buy weapons, clothes camp upgrades etc... Theres nothing for John to spend money on...

The new generation of consoles don't force the game to close when you turn off your system. This causes a lot of bugs in most games. Completely exiting the game before turning off the console will solve a lot of problems. It's one of those "turn it off then turn it back on" kind of fixes. Can't promise it will work, but it's worth a shot.

There should be an option to make them non - free, I don't understand why they have a special edition and they make all the addon in a single file. They added the option to turn off all the extra free cash and upgrade discount, it shouldn't have taken much to add an option to disable the discount for the free weapons in the settings menu. Is this game was on the pc, I could have disable the files myself. I intentionally, play a new game, and delete the files that made it different from the standard edition, but I couldn't tell if it work until chapter 2 of the game because I didn't have access to gunsmith merchant. If you go into the gunsmith, it mentions the volcanic pistol was $148, and it shows as $0 dollars. I don't like it when any merchant gives me a weapon for free, from the menu. If I have the option to steal the weapon it would be different, I don't understand why they think that most people want to pay more money to make the game easier, if it wasn't for those extra missions I would not have bothered with the special edition. They could have put those extra missions in a separate download instead of packaging all their ad-dons in a single file.

That's my question exactly. How do I bring up the menu for different colors? What button do I press!?
