  1. I want a true outlaw role and have the ability to kill Cripps. Just hope we don't get someone even more irritating.

  2. I have all the bugs listed above and many more. I've reported to R* and get the we are working on it. I've had the camp bug going on at least a week now and believe it's not a bug but just some kind of programming gone mad. If you do a couple of bounties, leave the session for a half hour or so, or move far away from your camp and linger for awhile it seems to comes back. Especially if you do bounties far from camp. that's my current workaround. Tuesdays are my day of hope, that they put out some bug fixes rather than another hat with a feather in it.

  3. An unconscious body doesn’t wiggle free from the back of the horse, give you lip, call his mates, or affect your payout. 😉

  5. That's not "random" bro, Cripps is gaslighting all of us, and needs to be taught a lesson. I bet a YT series about killing Cripps in fun and inventive ways would be VERY popular.

  6. But it's far, FAR more satisfying to just chuck sticks of dynamite at a clump of enemies/bounties and just clean up the mess afterwards. Bonus: a dead body doesn't wiggle free from the back of the horse.

  7. 1 - In the Stable buying the (I can't remember now what exactly it's called) the service that sets your horses stats to Gold, when you buy it, it takes the $7.50 payment and goes to gold in the barn, but when you exit, the cores are back to white? 2 - Consistently can not pitch camp in your desired location? 3 - If you are able to pitch camp, Cripps will randomly pack it all up? Even in the middle of a play session.

  8. You can kill another player's Cripps if they have the white flag of their camp lowered. But like killing another player's horse, you're charged for his revival.

  9. Buy the pamphlet from the fence you can make horse meal that gives your horse gold cores.

  10. A crimson dot appears on my radar. After a moment, I (or my posse) realize it’s not an NPC. The prompt on the right side of my screen notifies me that the hostile is killing other players indiscriminately. I stroll into the area cautiously, wanting to observe the ruckus before I engage just in case it’s a group of players having a bit of fun. Once I hear through the in-game chat that this hostile player is harassing people, I load up every bit of explosive ammo I can muster. It’s one thing to engage others in free roam in a friendly scuffle, it’s quite another to outright ruin the experience of the game by incessantly punishing those who are less experienced than you. Fully loaded, I ride in and take out the griefer. The other players observe me with a sense of hesitancy - no doubt wondering if I’ll turn on them. I tip my hat to let them know I’m there to help. The griefer returns and tries to gun me down. His/her attempts fail. I extinguish their avatar’s life once more. This is the point where the griefer gets on their mic and begins hurling childish insults my way. I don’t care. I just keep chasing them back to their spawn point and kill them again, pushing them further away from town. Now the insults get REALLY heated as the griefer wishes death upon me and voices aspirations of having relations with my mother. Still doesn’t bother me. Eventually the griefer has been driven back so far and has died so much that they disappear from the server. The day is won. The player(s) who was being harassed thanks me for my help. I tip my hat again and rear up my horse, then ride off into the sunset. Another innocent has been spared the cruelty of the West. Now they’ll know that The Congregation will always be there to help.

  11. Haha! The backstory is basically a church was robbed, most of the members were killed and the building was set ablaze by a gang the reformed priest (my avatar) used to belong to. The local law turned a blind eye to the act. Now The Congregation roams the West to help those in need - whether it be from outlaws, or those who would use the law to hide their evil deeds.

  12. As for #3, I would be fine with the camp being taken down once you're done playing and go off-line, and having to re-pitch it on your next log in.

  13. If they don't accept your help, will you resort to helping them against their will? Kidding, of course. That name, "The Congregation" gives me the willies, though. I keep picturing those deep woods small churches and communities where the preacher is the true power politically speaking. It still happens in rural areas more often than you'd think.

  14. No, but I've been to a stable once in the past two months, so I'm probably not the person to answer this. Oh god yes. It'd be irritating, but Cripps bugs me. Hopefully down the line, we can have the option to hire someone new or outright replace Cripps. Yep. Annoying too. It's understandable though, that if you're pitched in West Elizabeth but just spent an hour and a half in Lemyone, that the game's scripting assumes you'd want camp set up closer instead of fast traveling back or riding the whole way. From an economics perspective, it makes sense, because they get you twice, with both the fast travel cost, and the camp upkeep cost continually coming out of your earnings (not that it's a big deal, but still). Part of me wonders if there is or should be a setting that you can select to lock the camp into place until it's taken down by choice. That's probably a QoL change that they'll examine if enough people request it.

  15. If I do get a stable connection without disconnect every 5 min I get dropped anytime I join a posse or they join on me. Makes for a real pain. I like the new content but please fix the issues before adding more content I can't play.

  17. Hello! I don't have a possy but I would be interested in having a small coop type of possy. I am rank 20 collector and bounty Hunter and I'm rank 85. If you would like to join up with me let me know with a comment to this and I will let you know my gamertag.

  18. To add to what @C20Dragon said, use ONLY the varmint rifle. Any other weapon will destroy the eggs.

  19. It sounds like we are doing very similar things, the daily challenges alone take a while for me to get through and then everything else going on... I rotate my focus from collecting to bounty hunting every other day and keep Cripps going strong through it all. I think this will keep the game flowing nicely even after maxing out the roles. Im at 11 on Bounty and 20 on the other two but I can see many days of daily challenges to build up money and gold for whatever comes next. I like your thinking!! NICE!! I play 100% solo lately, I just prefer it that way, so I do lose out on some things as a result, my numbers were all solo ventures, I would say the first $2300.00 I made yesterday took 2.5 hours or so, not too far off of what you guys did as a group. Either way it is nice to make money in RDR2with Halloween coming and then the holiday season, the 1 year anniversary, etc.. I see many updates in our future so I think these will be remembered as the golden days when we can make a ton of money and be prepared for each subsequent update to the game. I know I had saved up $10000.00 or more and over 300 gold bars in preparation for this update and it took me a LONG time to do that, this time I can see doing that in a week easily.
