Hi @Rick and welcome to the forums. As Lumper pointed out, the "Land of Opportunities" missions are simply story missions within the RDO universe (i.e. Free Roam). This is a continuation of the story that introduced all of us into RDO. The Stranger missions are side missions. Some include characters from the main story, etc. If your question is how all this fits together into RDO, that's essentially it. The story missions are your continuing story while side missions and other activities are what your do in between, before or after. R* plans on continuing to build upon all off it into the future. Hopefully, that will include heists like in GTAO. .....which follows a similar format (e.g. story missions with cutscenes, etc.). Like Lumper, I'm not entirely clear either on your concern but I hope between our responses you found an answer.

Although this is a small sample, I think it's safe to say that this issue may likely be big enough to warrant R*s attention. As long as folks keep reporting it, R* will notice and have to take some sort of action. I hate to wish this issue on anyone but I'm hoping it is widespread as that could mean a faster resolution. Let's hope it's an issue they can fix on the server end as those tend to get implemented faster than patches.

Like I mentioned, I would prefer you ask me this stuff in a PM as it's a little disrespectful to @lumper as it has nothing to do with his thread. However, as you describe it, I (personally) would say no.

Creating a thread to showcase your video(s)........I would say no. Sharing a video in a related thread is a different story. The whole idea is that it shouldn't be about "hey, I got these videos I want people to see on my channel". Personally, I've let some videos / links in the Posse Recruitment slide simply because that sub-forum is all about recruitment and essentially advertising the group / posse (which is unique). However, I've also had to stop several people from posting or linking because I felt it was more about them wanting to drive traffic to their channel than it was about contributing and being part of the community. Again, it boils down to intent. Shoot me a PM if you feel the need to discuss further. I don't want to muddy up Lumper's thread with an OT discussion. I appreciate it.

I bought a Miller MIG welder (Millermatic 140) several years ago. I use it for stuff around the house/property and to fabricate small items. My intention was to start fabricating craft items like horseshoe wine racks after retiring. I built a prototype but haven't really started making anymore. My goal is to make several this Summer and see how they sell. My previous experience was all in high school over 30 years ago so my skills are pretty basic to say the least. I'm still running flux core since I'm not doing enough to warrant a gas set up in my garage (although my 140 unit is able to). Flux core can be a little messy and annoying but it works.

Hi @CPUTestUnit, It all boils down to intent. Sharing a video in a relevant thread meant to help someone with a specific issue, confirm a specific problem, share a similar experience, etc. should be ok. Posting videos to drive traffic to your channel, not so much. Here are the rules: Advertising/soliciting/self-promotion/selling/trading: Your purpose in joining our community should not be to sell or trade items/services, promote or advertise your site, social media, Youtube videos, etc. Forum contributions made for those reasons will be deleted and are cause for an immediate ban. Legitimate recommendations and external sources of information/help/entertainment etc are of course permitted, but just make sure your mentioning them for the right reasons. Again, it's all in the intent.

I have both and still sure the Lancaster. IIRC, when I was trying the Evans I found it slower to acquire targets and any edges it had over the Lancaster weren't enough to make up for the shortcomings compared to it. ....but yeah, it all matters what you're comfortable with in the end and who well you use it.

Can you folks confirm what kind of crashes (e.g. the error codes)? Were they all blue screens like mine? I had the CE34878-0 error code on a blue screen. I'm also assuming everyone here is on PS4. I'm pretty sure DNMNetTech is. I wanted to let R* Support know this is not an isolated incident as more people are reporting it here on our forums. If in fact, were all experience the same type of problem(s). Just had two more last night. I submitted a trouble ticket with R*.

I've had two "CE..." blue screen crashes on PS4 in two different sessions since the TU.

I agree with @The_Liquor that there may be some confusion here with red enemies who are engaged with you and if they are actually red because of their hostility status. Sounds more like the former the way it's being described here. A player who is red due to hostility should not be changing like that under those circumstances.

I have to believe they will implement properties. .....along with vehicles of course. With the properties will come new ways to spend money on decorations, safes, gun storage, etc. Stuff for people to grind for.

.....and no one is saying trolls will stop being trolls. Of course they will find new ways to exploit features like this but the point some of us are making is that it likely won't be the ominous, "dark future" being painted here. Similar things were being said about the gameplay back when the blips / proximity changes were implemented and it didn't happen then either. None of us are saying the system is perfect or that it won't require tweaking along the way. ....even R* admits this. I just don't see it being the complete disaster some people seem to be portraying it as.

I killed a dozen civies yesterday. .....first was an accident and then of course I couldn't let the witnesses go. My honor went down a little but my hostility was unaffected. My honor went back up after hunting.

No joke. I wish I could unload some guns simply because I don't want to scroll through them. Maybe at some point when we get properties they'll allow us to use a gun cabinet similar to how GTA works.

.....then there's the whole history of cartridges and the changes / advancements being made during that time. Stuff I'm familiar with but rarely could remember off the top of my head like you. .....I'm impressed.

Sell guns? You were never able to and still can't AFAIK. As far as tonics, I couldn't tell you. .....sorry.

Oh, I see. Yeah, they are treated as different platforms in that case. May as well have been a PS4. .....but who knows. Maybe they might do something for MS customers this time around.

I heard hunting and plucking birds does it. .....seems to help me as I can mow down a whole flock at a time, especially now that they don't despawn when further away as they used to.
