I'm actually having a hard time going dishonorable, no thanks to the horse! I know I can change through old man Jones, (with coupons). Just trying to see how hard it is to stay dishonorable, it's quite difficult. Hoping dishonorable will show more trader wagons to jack. It's an experiment, because I never see them, but one dishonorable posse member seems to always see them. I'll update my findings to my fellow wagon hunters.

Moonshiner: Not a big money maker. Just kind of something that works in the background for some occasional cash, and some drunk fun with posse mates. All you really have to do is pick a few herbs, order some canned peaches. I usually just order mash, bringing my profit to $176, but not too bad for 48 minutes. Occasionally I run bootleg missions while waiting for Cripps to produce goods. I can run 3 shine deliveries while Cripps makes a large wagon bringing it to $528 in 3 hours. Trader: 3.3 hours to produce a large wagon for $625. It will take a lot longer than 3 hours hunting/butcher to make that kind of cash, and YOU are working that whole time instead of Cripps. Filling trader materials: once you exploit cougar spawns you only need about 40 minutes of shooting cougars to fill your materials bar twice. So In 3 hours I spend 40 minutes hunting, and almost 2.25 hours free to do shine, collect, bootleg, or bounty hunt (for gold). Once you get a system, it'll all work out. I played since beta days. I was amazed when I had $2000. After roles came out, I own everything (except all clothes) in the game, maxed cards, full stables, and am sitting on 30k of cash.

So I got to make poison Poppys moonshine yesterday. What a dissapointment. After all that, it only gives you gold rings. That other collectible moonshine, spice island or agarita ( can't remember which one) at least give you gold rings AND cores. I sure wish I could bottle a few of those for my satchel.

Hector, Bonnie, Alden, Hamish, Angus, Sherrif Freeman, Thomas, the Adlers, Angus, Trelawney, will give honorable missions. Joe, the boy, Shakey, James Langton, Anthony Foreman, Flaco Hernandez, Sean, Mama Watson, Black Belle, the Aberdeens, will all give you dishonorable missions. Now in some of these "dishonorable" missions you will be going after rival gangs. So you're not always killing Innocents, but after you do a few you'll know which ones to accept. If you accept one by mistake you can't cancel it. Like you said, wait it out. Go hunting, (if there's any animals) Or find a way to fail it, if possible. Last option. Go to the online menu and reload into camp. It may take a while, but less time than waiting out a 15 minute timer.

Yeah, regardless of the platform, the crashes and glitches are out of control. (Xbox) It took us over an hour last night to get 4 people in a posse and deliver a wagon. Between black screens, disconnects, not being able join posse or stand down from other posses, and never ending loading screens that forced a restart. Yeah, over an hour. Then to top it all off, after we delivered the trader wagon, we went to the shack, and of course the mash had been lost.

I'm always surprised at how many people I have to murder as a trader! I think its the business aspect of moonshining that makes it feel less outlaw to me. I produce a product and sell it. I gotta pay band members, a cook, I have patrons frequenting my establishment, we have overhead. all the band, patrons and everyone knows who I am. Kinda mob like. I think an outlaw would make more use of camps. hidden camps, gang hideouts and stuff, hidden identies, etc...and just straight up robbing without having to produce goods. There could still be overhead, like buying supplies, costumes and such to pull off your robbery.

Well I got it last night. Went to the shack to make it. Couldn't. I have the ingredients, but it was grayed out and unselectable. Figures.

He's an ambush, random event. He'll ask for help, and when you accept, he tries to rob you, if you fight back he'll run. Also if you're camped nearby he'll come by and ask for help. I ignored him, and after a minute he started shooting at me. Before I could select a rifle, Cripps was blasting him. Anyways, after you kill him it should say "ambush cleared". The fact you didn't get that message and he respawned sounds like there was a hiccup in the game.

Happened on frontier pursuits update for me. If it wasn't for sleeping, repeatable cougar spawns, I would probably never play. As it stands I can deliver a large wagon every night based on cougars. Even in a populated server

I would like to switch between horse or wagon from the wheel As well as a quick select for different saved ability card loadout.

So where does it end? If you base your decisions on sexism and racism of companies in the past then you wouldn't drive a car, fly on a plane, use electricity and so on. If you found out the power company that provides power to your neighborhood currently practices and encourages sexism and racism,would you go off the grid? And All big companies try to eliminate the competition, including the company that builds the platform you play red dead on, or the phone or computer company you're typing this thread on.

WW3, not quite. You would need an opponent that was actually a threat. Half of Iran's air Force are non-radar equipped F-14s from the 70's. President for life was a joke. Watch the video. Really? I was hoping since it was hard to find it would be a high dollar moonshine that could be made with easy to find/bought ingredients. What's it worth? $247 still? Or more?

Also: the lantern is married to the saddle you put it on. You can remove it from the original saddle, but can't move it to different saddles.

Random pelts do appear on your horse's randomly. I have a horse I have never put a pelt on, and it routinely has a pelt show up. It's not in inventory, and can't get rid of it. It will go away soon. Just one of those things.

We always speculated about an "outlaw" role. Is that what we got with moonshiner? I know it's illegal and all. Just doesn't seem outlaw-ish enough to me.
