This is Bull***** !! We want major fixes to the game bcoz since the Role update the world is a DESERT !!!! Its soo painfull to roam the swamps that are literally empty !! No Gators, no boars, no foxes and other only some birds and thats it. Dynamic events close to non existant, stupid posse daily challenges that cant be done, disconnects, dual weapons switching to one hand every time and much much more. I have stopped at rank 310 and log only to make one daily to keep the streak going but im close to breaking it bcoz i dont have ways to spend my 820 gold bars and tens of thousands of dollars..... New clothes, usless camp dog discount? (Never been attacked in camp by NPC's and yeah.... i played a lot). I still love this game and play Story Mode to complete all my acheivements (currently on 94% completion aiming for 100% and 3 more achievemnts to have all of them) and i cant understand why they didnt take the good things from the SP mode an implement them in Online???? I mean the story mode world is so much alive and even the NPC's are much more challenging to killl. Yesterday i shot a crane and it fell near the swamp bank - i was almost there to collect it and a gator jumped out of water and took my bird. When i resumed playing story mode a week ago after a few minutes of playing i came across a herd of turkeys making their turkey sound's and then i realised i havent heard that sound for weeks playing online - that is how bad it is with animals in game now and they keep ignoring it for MONTHS !!!!!! now. So yeah take ur update up your *** R* im not intersted in playing Online anymore. We asked and reported the problems and they are ignoring us. So for me playing max 2 h story mode and waiting for Cyberpunk 2077...... Still dont understand how can you mess the online mode so much having a pearl that is Story mode. No offence to new players that are happy with the updates and discounts.

I have no problem with Free Roam either as I believe they've done a decent job at mitigating the griefer issue at least on console. What some fail to understand is that you still need to be proactive in your approach to activities, around randoms, etc. I'm not sayin it's perfect but then again, R* continues to tweak it and so far, I have been happy with the direction they are going with RDO. .....way different than GTAO in this regard. RDO never did follow those footsteps nor did it turn into the apocalyptic mess some had been continually predicting since the beta. I'm not necessarily against private lobbies but I also have concerns that the addition could change the role of Free Roam in the game. ......like becoming more of a PvP affair with possibly certain anti-griefing features being removed or new ones added that favor PvP, etc. Also, if they use GTAO as a model, players won't be able to access a good portion of activities, business or roles, etc. while in private sessions. If they continued with the current vision of Free Roam while adding a private option, I guess I'd be fine with that. Also, I said it before and I'll say it again, but if R* simply fixed some of the more current, glaring issues (e.g. animals spawns, disconnects, camp issues, etc.), I think most would be quite happy with that. Hell, if they simply fixed the animal spawns I'd wager there would be a lot less animosity flowing around here.

I think I may be in the minority, but.... I hope they keep the lobbies the way they are. (But fix animals of course) Its important to have an element of danger and uncertainty when you're out there I believe. I just see it working out that if I join an open lobby it would just be purely a pvp fest. If I go private it's boring eventually. I guess I like wondering if that player is gonna shoot or wave.

Well, nothing would be stopping anyone from playing in private or public lobbies. The element of danger would still exist in private lobbies. Hostile NPCS and animals would still exist. And some people would actually use private lobbies for pvp. And do other dumb things (That don't required randoms) I mean, sometimes player might just want to fish with friends for a bit and don't have time for a 1 hours explosive ammo/arrow tonic chugging battle with other players. There would be other ways of enticing other players into public sessions. Like special events that only take place in free roam. I mean, I agree. I like playing public lobbies for the same reason you do. But sometimes, I don't really care for others to be around as they just ruin everything.

Lol.. A few weeks ago.. I decided to be a griefer.. I sucked at it. I Robbed a lvl 50 of his post office delivery mission. At the end , when im supposed to turn it in, I stopped and dropped it. I was in the process of telling the player that 'he can have it' and he killed me. So I had to start killing him back, then I hog tied him. I quickly sent him a PM while he was hog tied, telling him. "You can the have the bag, but don't shoot me" He then runs up to me, stops, does an emote and shoots me. Now, I now full well that its easy for a new player to shoot while doing a emote. He instantly msgs me 'SORRY was trying to do an emote"... lol After he delivered the bag, he invited me to his posse. And I watched his back for while.... So ya, I suck at being a griefer. I end up becoming friends with my intended victims.

So I'll log in, get the free ammo which I will leave in my camp box until the game is actually working, then log out. I will never claim the Schofield revolver, just one more thing to clog up my inventory. I already earned the Navy revolver, and not only much prefer it, but it has more meaning to me from having done the work to obtain it. I've already had the varmint rifle pretty much from the beginning, my wife paid extra for the game for me to have it available, to now be given away free. The new clothes for the most part are meh. I have had the game for over a month now, and am still low enough level to receive all the rewards, because the game has been largely unplayable for me for most of it, so I am still rank 11, the rank I was when I started having all the unresolved issues. Since I cannot stay logged in long enough to even reach my camp, what good does it do me to upgrade it? I don't have much in the way of money, as I can't work any of the trades due to the bugs, or even join a posse to help others for trades credit, so there's no money to purchase the upgrades anyway. Other than the occasional log in to bank the seemingly endless supply of "thank you" (for not assaulting our corporate headquarters with torches and pitchforks) gifts, this game is shelved. My wife even asked me the other day if we were ripped off by RS, since she hasn't seen me playing or heard me even mention the game in weeks. I am starting to feel like we have. I can be very patient, but there is no communication from RS on these issues, which is never a good sign. If this continues, I will just archive the files to clear up drive space, and it will take a heck of a lot to make me go through the trouble to re-install it. I am not expecting all the issues to be fixed within a week, but I do expect that in a case like this that has broken the game for many, that there would at least be some communication to the players as to the progress they are making in hunting down the issues, etc.

I always had to be at work the Monday following the superbowl. It was always a busy day following the weekend. My choices were: Go to a party and pretend to be an adult. Go to a party and party. Stay home and pretend I enjoy it. I did all three. Being a Detroit Lions fan, the superbowl is just an abstract concept and meant for the joy of others.

......I dunno but I haven't had to worry about getting ready for work for the last couple of years.

R* seems to be to busy congratulating themselves at the moment. They claim RDO and GTA O have seen its biggest number of players ever. Totally sweeping all the issues under the rug I guess. Most of the issues no doubt stem from R* not wanting to use dedicated severs and using the P2P connection model. Which is also something thats caused massive amounts of problems with GTA O.. and still does. Dealing with R* support always.. always ends with them telling you to fix YOUR sh*t. I remember them pulling the same sh*t with GTA O years ago. But like I keep saying. At least GTA O has lobby option. I honestly can't believe that they still haven't fixed animal spawns.. or at the very least, added private lobbies. What is their ****ing problem? They claim its because they don't want to split the player bases, but the player base is split on the amount of players in a lobby anyways. So WTF are they talking about?

PiB, gunslingers choice, winning streak and peak condition - this combined with dual mausers is a BEAST and can even take down tank builds without problem.

Won't being given the varmint rifle just confuse new players? Other than using it to collect bird eggs from nests there's no point to the weapon at the moment, there aren't any fricking varmints!!

Just a heads up...even the bounty work around is not guaranteed to fix things. I spent an hour plus earlier loading up to the point I couldn't carry any more. Ended the bounty and proceeded to spend the next hour and a half sitting on my horse trying to get a camp to spawn anywhere on the map to no avail(just that blinking BS), meaning all that time wasted to just end up with an empty Cripps anyway. If that wasn't enough insult...got disconnected. 50 Pelts gone. Final straw for me. The game could be absolutely amazing, but instead it's so inherently broken in so many damn ways it's just not worth the frustration anymore...or even the electricity to run the PS4. Good luck to everyone in their search for animals to trade.

This is honestly the most frustrating issue in the game for me. I love the hunting aspect of the game and I spend or rather spent a lot of my time hunting. That fact that it takes me forever to find a lobby with a decent amount of animals to hunt annoys the heck out of me. Most days, I just give up after 30 minutes of searching.

After a certain point, money becomes irrelevant - you can obtain enough to buy anything and still have more left over.

Just to be clear you sell the big fish at the Butcher in town at Saint Denis, Blackwater, Valentine & so. You should be able to sell big fish to the Butcher in town for $5.00 to $7.00 depending on the type of big fish. You don’t give the big fish to the butcher table at your camp. Cripp doesn’t accept fish.

The kill doesn't seem to count unless the scavenger is actually eating on the corpse when it happens.

This is the reason a lot of people gain mad weight after they stop smoking. They end up replacing smoking with food. I know a woman who was always like 110 pounds. Within 2 years of quitting, she was up to 190 pounds. So gotta be careful there. Hard candies seem to help and since they take awhile to eat, you can't severely over do it.

I hate the cowards who blast your horse on purpose and run, parlay or leave the server - especially when they are the ones who start it, when I’m trying to do dailies, minding my business, etc. Another thing I hate is that when I do kill them, I end up with a pretty hefty bounty after it’s all said and done. In my opinion the player defending themselves should not be popped with a bounty and the Griefers should stay red for at least an hour real time as well as be seen on the map no matter where they are.

So what happens if you get targeted by a full posse of players and you end up using explosive ammo/arrows against them... and end up killing their horses? Do you wanna pay $14000? Thing is R* should not have allowed explosive ammo or arrows in game in the 1st place. Also private servers should exist..

I have found I get it if I try to go to "online" and switch areas to do the ghetto quick travel. Any time I want to change areas or lobbies, I have to exit the game and choose it from the initial log in page. When I disconnect, I exit the game for the same reason, though I usually only get the option to quit the game anyway. It is a reported bug for PC, though I have heard of other issues like this as well. No ETA on it from RS that I know of.

Just got ganked.. Transported and then explosions. I have a massive bounty and high hostility. I didn't even fire a shot. This is getting ridiculous. R* has nothing to say on the matter. Won't even respond to reports. I think I am done.

WA doing a mission yesterday, one of the caravan escort ones and a griefer killed me and then went to town killing the npc's and horses and blowing up the caravan. When I respawned I killed the griefer who tried to come back and kill me again, by now I was annoyed and killed him again. Then to my shock he actually reported me lol, I don't mind being killed by other players but this guy was trying to wreck my game play which I wasn't going to take. If they leave me alone I leave them alone. I noticed that griefers are generally low level but you doing get the occasional higher level player griefers as well, they have no excuse to bug other players and are just as easily dispatched Odin
